Inside, vaulted ceilings and tall windows fill the condo with natural light. The open layout connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, allowing you to move easily between cooking, relaxing, and gathering. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Each bedroom includes restful beds, soft linens, and ceiling fans. Bathrooms come stocked with essential items for your stay.

Everyday comforts
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote tasks, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable atmosphere. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Entertainment comes from the TV, and a hair dryer and iron are available for simple packing. Two free parking spaces are provided on-site.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes the essentials for meal preparation, along with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests may cook their own meals and enjoy them at the dining table for six.

Community and setting
Located in Fisherman’s Cove within Sawgrass Country Club, this lakeside condo offers a quiet residential atmosphere. Guests may use the community pool, playground, and the lake access point. All other country club amenities remain reserved for resident members only.

Good to know
This property offers a peaceful environment suited for families and small groups. Pets and parties are not permitted. The home has a private entrance for added convenience, and a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided for safety.
