This single-story condo features vaulted ceilings, natural light, and an enclosed sunroom that extends the living area with relaxing golf course views. The fireplace and HDTV offer simple ways to end the day, whether you prefer a quiet night or shared downtime with family.

Sleeping arrangements
You’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms designed to comfortably sleep six. The main suite includes a bed and private deck access, while the additional bedrooms provide soft linens, ample storage, and access to the essentials needed for a smooth stay. Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and extra pillows and blankets are provided.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster makes it easy to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining table overlooks the golf course, creating a relaxing setting for breakfast or dinner.

Outdoor & community features
A private entrance leads to your patio and access to backyard green space, along with two on-site parking spaces. Guests may also enjoy the community pool and the nearby beach, just a short walk away.

Comfort & amenities
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, and key safety items ensure a comfortable stay. No pets.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
