From this second-floor Beach House Condo you can enjoy beautiful sunset views over the Guana river marsh and remarkable sunrises and ocean views from your front and rear porches. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view condo features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A master suite with Queen bed, second bedroom has two (2) twin beds while the third den/office has a conversion bed. But one of the best features of the Beach House is the deeded beach access across Ponte Vedra Blvd.

So you have easy ocean access to take a dip in the Ocean or to take a stroll along the beach and breathe in the ocean air. When you return your can make a splash in the community pool.

Beautiful views, kitchen and main living area. Proximity to the beach is great. Would be nice if the bathrooms were updated and water pressure issues addressed. Also a larger bed in the main bedroom would be more comfortable. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect location
Wonderful location. Beach nearby, able to walk to and see a little slice of from the front deck which was really nice. The back deck looked out to the preserve which was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Table on back porch and it was screened in which helped protect from bugs. The pool at the condo was good, and not busy which was a bonus. Property company was excellent. Fast to respond and very helpful. Only thing that could be improved is that the furniture seemed a bit older and beds not comfortable. Overall, a great rental
