Tres Palmas!Renovated Pool Home Near Mayo & Beach!
Comfort, location, and calm! From the moment you arrive at Las Palmas you will feel that the home has been designed with you in mind. Our `home away from home` is stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at your own retreat: beach & pool essentials, games, kitchen items, BBQ, and 4 TVs- you`ll have what you need for each member of the family! Our proximity to Mayo Clinic (1 mile!) is ideal for patients & families- and ALL guests love that we`re less than 4 miles to the sand!
While the location of this home is one of the things that we love the most about it we do still recommend a car to get to stores, restaurants, etc. Uber is also an option most of the time. We are located:
-1 miles to Mayo Clinic
-Approximately 10 minutes to the beach
-Approximately 30 minutes to Jax International Airport
-Approximately 20 minutes to downtown Jacksonville/Jaguar`s Stadium/Daily`s Place/Etc.
We hope you have fun while visiting Tres Palmas but want guests to remember that this is our home also - please enjoy it and take care of it accordingly. No parties or events. Well-behaved dogs allowed (2 dogs maximum) with pet fee ($75 per dog).
