This 1 Bedroom Condo is a Location Paradise! Direct Beachfront Condominium at Sunset Chateau on Treasure Islands Sunset Beach. The unit is on the 6th floor in the middle near elevators. The washer and Dryer are located right around the corner from the unit. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Shore & never ending Gulf Water's from your entry and living room. The Sunset Chateau building is situated right on the Beach, Elevator, Shared Large Pool, Outdoor Shared BBQ Grills & Tables.

It's just a Short Stroll down the Beach or the Blvd to the local favorite hangouts ~ Caddy's & Ka Tiki ~ Known for Terrific Eats, Daily & Nightly Live Music and Drinks.

Beautiful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was amazing and right on the beach. The condo was recently renovated and was like new and beautiful We loved it! The only downside was that there were no chairs around the pooll.

ON the gulf.

So close to the water. Clean pool. All owners and guest are friendly and helpful. Love this place. I'm a 4th generation Floridian. Calm and quiet in the evening.

Location ans proximity to the beach is the best

Ive stayed in other units is this building and this was so not up to the standards of others. The furniture and bed are old and uncomfortable; the living room furniture looks so disgusting we never sat without using towels. There was dust; the linens are old and wouldnt stay in place. The place smells old and outdated. The elevator broke down and only one worked the whole time then we find out they’ve known about elevator issues for years.
