Villa Salty Breeze

Property was in a great location and the pool was wonderful. Could use some new pool lounge chairs as old one are rusty and rickety. Family room needs more chairs. TV never got more than 3 or 4 channels. Overall we would rate the property with 4 stars.

the heated pool was ice cold and calls to the property manager went unreturned all week. the hot tub does not work. the outdoor pool lights also do not work and with kids and no pool fence is a worry. this property has so much potential with better management

Disgusting pool, house not clean and property manage unresponsive

We had a 5 day stay. Pool filled with algae.. and I mean filled with multiple blooms over 5 ft wide and algae all along edge of pool. Property Manager apparently checked out house before our arrival and unaware of algae…pool wasn’t swimmable until 2.5 days into stay. I’ll mention filthy carpets, hair stuck on walls, light switches dirty, thick dust on lamps and fans. Numerous calls, and we mean 7-10 calls, to property management yielded few call backs , and ultimately ignored when requesting a remedy due to no pool. For the money we park d we were expecting respect and service. Will never ever go back to this company.

Disappointed

I rented this property for a month while I was in transition from moving to Cape Coral from a nearby community. I paid a non-refundable pet deposit as I have 2 dogs. I was greeted by the property manager on the first morning of my stay and pointed out stains in the carpeting and even stated I didn't want to be charged for them and was assured I would not be - well I was charged to clean very small areas of carpet. On the second day of my stay the front door would not lock - they assured me someone would be there to replace the lock, I had to contact them the next day and finally a cheap lock that never worked correctly was installed - at the same time I reported the Jacuzzi came on during the night for about an hour - never remedied so I was awakened every single night as it sits outside the bedroom! The master bed is dangerously high, an older person would not be able to climb into it! I never had WIFI though promised by the property manager she would find out the correct login and password as she did come to the property to try herself when I reported it would not work! Would I recommend this property - NO, would I recommend Roelen Vacations - NO

Thank you fro your review, in viewing the reports and notes we have noticed that the carpets were inspected and there were no stains as claimed. We also have notice that you were in the hospital during your stay and the fur babies were let unattended. We do understand this can happened but this may have caused the staining. The WIFI was fixed but you also stated in the beginning this was no rush for the reason you don't use it. I am sorry you did not enjoy your over all stay. Spring Get Away

This house had some issues that needed to be fixed. The first day we called a maintenance man came and address some of the issues. The Ice Maker wasn't working, the water faucet needs to be replaced as the water sprays everywhere, the sliding glass door needed to be adjusted (they fixed this), the front door didn't latch so you had to keep it locked. I left messages for the property manager via text it took 2 days for responses but she was friendly. The AC stopped working and they had a repairman over within 2 hours. OVER ALL - my rating would have been a 4 except for the above mentioned issues. however, we enjoyed our stay. We would have preferred a better response to concerns we found at the house.

Cape Coral

Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens and many restaurants. Pool is a nice bonus. Nice starting point for day trips to attractions across SWFL.
