This was our fifth time staying at Eddie and Bettys, can’t wait for the next time to visit! Wonderful location with walking distance to food, shopping, and attractions. They also have a larger unit next door facing the water so be sure to check that one out as well.

Eddie and Betty's was the perfect place for my husband and I. It was clean and comfortable with a nice king bed, the private patio was awesome to hang in the shade, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. The host's live on site and are so nice! We will be staying here again on our next trip to PCB. Thank you guys so much for providing such a beautiful place to stay!

The location was great with easy access to the beach and to dining / entertainment. We could walk to put - put golf and some beach stores. Eddie was very nice and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would love to book it again when the beach itch hits. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great beach stay.

Peaceful and convenient

We loved our experience at PCB Studio! Our hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Check in was easy. The location couldn't have been more convenient. I had a broken leg and was able to rent an electric beach wheelchair from Beach Mobility because the access to the beach was literally right across the street. That easy access allowed us to spend much more time at the beach. Eddie also gave us some great tips for places to eat. He and his sister Chris treated us like family. The decor was so unique and interesting and we had everything we needed. I would stay again and highly recommend it for a couple's beach vacation.

Eddie and Bettys Place

This is a perfect stay for a couple, right across the street from the beach. The studio and the outside area are wonderful large spaces, and exactly as the pictures show. The outside covered patio and chaise/hammock/picnic table area is so relaxing and private. Cleanliness was perfection; couldn't have asked for better. Eddie is helpful, friendly, and informative. Heart and soul went into this place and I'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks Eddie, for everything!

This sweet place is hands down the best beach place I have ever stayed. The room was so charming and relaxing with a private patio and courtyard. Everything was perfect....from decor to room temperature. Literally moments from the beach you couldn't ask for more! Definitely will go back!

This is a hidden gem on the east end of PCB! The location is awesome and is oh so cozy. This was exceptionally clean and we were made to feel at home and wanted by the management. The welcome bag was much appreciated as was the advise on where to dine and local attractions. We cannot wait to stay here again and again and again!

Perfect studio getaway!

We had a fantastic stay. Eddie was very welcoming and hospitable. He gave great tips for places to visit, activities, and wonderful restaurants. The studio was clean and bright with a great yard and covered parking. There was privacy from other neighbors. It was only a short walk down to the beach, which was very convenient. We loved our trip and would definitely stay here again.

We completely enjoyed the property, the friendliness of the owner (Eddie Green), and the location of the property. The studio was very clean, the hospitality was stellar, it was the perfect place all to ourselves and so close to the beach! We couldn't have asked for a better week and we will definitely be staying again!

This sweet little cottage is an oasis!! Soothing and relaxing just enough off the busy path to give you seclusion. A few steps from the beach and a 5/10 minute car ride to anywhere you want to go. Cutest little cottage

The process was seemless and we felt so welcome! My daughter and I could not have been more pleased to have found this gem for her first beach getaway. So private, cozy and peaceful. And a beautiful walk down a sandy path to the beach. Had an amazing time and will definitely come back to visit!

Can't wait to return

I have been vacationing in PCB for over 25 years and this was one of the best experiences. The cottage is clean, cozy and very private. Over the years I usually stay in a high-rise condos overlooking the ocean. Even with the beach across the street (literally) I enjoyed having our own private area. Can't say enough about the host, Eddie. He is very friendly and quick to respond. Can't wait to return. Thanks again!

Great studio close to the beach!

Great place to stay that is walking distance to the beach that doesn't break the bank. This was our second time staying there and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. We will definitely stayed there again in the future. It is our favorite place to stay in PCB. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. The owner lives on the property and makes sure you have what you need but still maintains your privacy. We would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

This place is a hidden gem!

This beach studio is more than I expected, a stone throw from the beach. The decor is beautiful and the back yard was surprisingly very romantic. We will continue to stay here annually. Sad to have to leave to go back to the norm.

Cozy Cottage

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy little beach cottage. The property was clean and well-maintained and the decor was peaceful and inviting. Located not far from the beach, we were able to quickly walk down and enjoy nature’s beauty. We met the cottage owners who were very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this cottage for a couples getaway!!

Long weekend get-a-way
