Fun, fully stocked, family retreat with a game room, located in Stonebridge Resort.

The space

Fairway Retreat is sure to be your new favorite place to stay when visiting Branson. Nestled in the beautiful Stonebridge Resort, you are sure to feel that you have entered your home away from home. Upon entering our 1650 sq foot upstairs condo, you will immediately discover that we have everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. It will be hard to decide what you will like best about our condo!

So much room to come together as a family for memory making, or find your own space to relax.

Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen for preparing your meals together. Our dining area has seating for all 10 of you to come together for some food and great conversation.

On those cold nights, cozy up by the electric fireplace in the double reclining sofa for movie night. If you can't agree on a movie, take movie night to any of the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have Netflix streaming and DVD players.

One of your favorites spots is sure to be our 3rd bedroom that is a fully stocked game room. You can enjoy our multi game arcade, foosball table, PS4, multiple board games, movies, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for the kids, families, and adults alike! We even have a separate A/C unit to this room to keep you nice and comfortable while playing! When not playing games, we have 2 rollaway beds and a queen bed for sleeping up to 4 people.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our screened in deck overlooking the 13th Fairway at Ledgestone Golf Course. Access the deck directly from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room.

The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, tv, and seating to curl up and enjoy a book, a door to access the screened in deck. There is a full bathroom attached which can be accessed from the living area as well.

Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower and jetted tub, tv, and a door to access the screened in deck.

Bedroom 3 /gameroom has a queen bed, and 2 rollaway beds, tv, games, mini fridge, microwave, and ensuite bathroom. There is a private outdoor entrance to this bedroom.

Stonebridge is a gated resort with so many amenities that our guests get to enjoy. One of the 3 outdoor pools (seasonal) is an easy 1- 2 minute stroll from the condo. There are also picnic tables and outdoor grills located across from our parking lot. You can also enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pools (seasonal), volleyball sand court, basketball court, playgrounds, catch and release lake, Ledgestone Grill, and a Pro Shop all located in the Stonebridge Resort.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

Parking is paid to the community welcome center upon arrival. $7 per day per vehicle
We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

It was a short stay for us but we enjoyed the location and the view. Everything was supplied for us and the resort manager always stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. Far enough away from the strip to not deal with the traffic just to get to Walmart but close enough to get to the attractions with ease. Several pools on the property with one close enough to walk to easily.

Great 3 bdroom condo. The 3rd bedroom was a playroom. It was perfect for kids. It had a queen sofa and a double bed. In addition, there was an arcade game, playstation and dvd with a dvd collection. Condo was clean and well equipped! Wonderful home away from home!

Wonderful Time

We all loved the condo! The adults enjoyed sitting out in the screened in patio watching the golfers come and tee off while the kids enjoyed the arcade game, foosball and swimming pool. The condo was spotless and very well stocked. Brenda was very communicative and ready to step in if anything was needed- which it wasn’t because she has already thought of everything!

Great Property

Pleasant condo with plenty of room for our seven-member family. Property manager was very responsive for a few minor issues shortly after arrival regarding the door lock. Loved the large dining table so we could all eat together. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware and supplies (that's a nice change from most properties). Could have used a few more dish towels. I would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great time away with our kids. Easy access to Branson and surrounding area. The accommodation was great and very comfortable. The games room was great for our older boys to share and they enjoyed the space. However, the facilities in Stonebridge were not all accessible during this time. The Pavilion restrooms were not unlocked. So when we went fishing on the dam, we had to drive back to our condo for a restroom. The tennis courts at the Clubhouse are booked out each afternoon for training sessions. Unfortunately, making it unavailable for use of other guests.

Nice clean condo

The condo was nice - it had everything we needed. There was very little hot water. If one person took a shower the next person would have to wait for hot water. It was really tough when we got home at the end of a long day and couldn’t all take showers. That would be my only complaint. When we spend this kind of money, you expect to be able to bathe your entire family. I would suggest a tankless hot water heater for future guests. Other than the hot water issue, the condo was perfect for my 4 kids and spouse. Very clean and had all the things you would need for a week. Within walking distance to a pool which was nice. I thought the pool was closer from the listing, I will say. We probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the fact that we couldn’t all bathe at night, but we survived.

Myself, Daughter, Son-In-Law. And 3 beautiful granddaughters all stayed to celebrate granddaughters 15th birthday. The location was beautiful as was the home. Had everything you could want and more. We just needed our clothes and food from grocery store. We look forward to staying again

My husband and I first vacationed in Branson in 2010, and absolutely fell in love with the area and Table Rock Lake. So much so that we set a goal to purchase a home in the area. Five years later, we purchased our first home and now own and manage several vacation homes in the area.

We love coming to Branson and shopping, taking in shows, boating on Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is our kids' favorite part). My dad loves to come and fly fish, and loves talking about the one that got away even more :)

We travel a lot and have come to realize things that are most important to us when renting a space. We make sure we add all those components to our homes and the ones we manage. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo and fall in love with the area like we did 5 years ago.

I am so excited to offer this beautiful property located on the 13 fairway with golf views! Not only is it in the beautiful gated Stonebridge Resort that offers so many amenities, it is truly one of a kind. The 3rd bedroom is so large that the owners have set it up as a bedroom/game room. Loaded with a mini arcade, foosball, and much more! This will be hard to find in another condo.
