The Main House (levels 2 and 3) contains 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a maximum of 12 guests with one of the bedrooms containing bunk beds (sleeps 4).

If you have more that 12 guests, you can ADD (at an additional cost) the separate 2 bedroom self-contained apartment on the ground level that sleeps 4 guests and is available upon request to add to your booking. With the Main House and additional cost Unit, the whole property sleeps 16 guests.
