Located in the heart of Seville, this beautiful duplex is split into two floors and has a private terrace to enjoy the sunny weather of southern Spain.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (can be set as a queen bed), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room area facing the street. On the second floor is the other bedroom with a queen bed, an on-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.

There is also a shared terrace with a pool in the building.
