This newly renovated 3 bedrooms apartment has a master bedroom with new en-suite, built-in wardrobe with mirror, Queen size bed and door to the balcony.

Bedroom 2 offers Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe with mirror, and bedroom 3 hosts a Double bed.

The new 2nd bathroom features toilet, shower with laundry facilities such as 8KG washing machine & dryer and washing liquid for our guest’s convenience.

The kitchen has new Asko dishwasher with all cooking utensils and more this apartment can offer. The apartment also has a spacious open plan living space with reverse cycle air-conditioning, 55” smart TV, a private balcony and a secure underground car park.

Relax on the front balcony while the family members while other guests are playing tennis or gaze into the lively surroundings on the private rear balcony with the beautiful view of Hurtle park.

No lock on bathroom door as a shared apartment. Upstairs appartment was loud,alot of activity during the night,hearing through the ceiling of the appartment. Overall its good .

Fantastic apartment
