This State Heritage 2 bedroom Cottage is all class , it has been designed with a bright luxurious modern feel, suitable for executives, couples or families who want a little more of home life whilst travelling rather than being confined to a hotel room.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet & perfect location, then look no further than this beautifully presented 2 Bedroom Cottage that is only an 8 minute walk from the Central Market and Chinatown/Gouger St food precinct. Adelaide Oval is a 20minute walk or the RAH is a 10 minute walk.

Adelaide Sass + Beau Cottage is comprised of
1 Queen Bedroom
2nd Bedroom is made up as a King Bedroom or can be converted to 3 long king singles or 2 long king singles.
All linen and towels are supplied and are of high quality, with the quilt covers being 100% full linen.
The property has been refurbished with high quality modern finishes, with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and ceramic wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Free street parking with a visitor permit pass doubling the time limit to 4 hours + .
The street is a no through road resulting in an extremely quiet environment.

Modern kitchen includes stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Washing machine is located in the bathroom [no drier].
WiFi and Netflix available.

Stays of 1 to 3 months or more is available at reduced rates.

This typical Adelaide cottage is centrally located close to food strips and Chinatown. It is a quiet dead end street with adequate parking. The cottage is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice hot shower and everything that you could want. The wifi worked well once we had the correct connection. Karen, the owner, was always very quick to respond to communication and very helpful. Will stay here again. Loved it.

Easter Classic basketball tournament

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of 6 including a cheeky toddler. Only negative was the amount of Mosquitoes in the house. When we arrived there were so many in the bathroom and seemed to be getting inside somewhere and the kids were covered in bites. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would go again (once mosquito problem is sorted)

Great find close to Adelaide CBD and Central Markets

Hd a lovely two night stay at this stone cottage. Easy check in process and our hosts allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could enjoy the day in Adelaide. The cottage is close to the free 99A bus, a few minutes walk to some great local pubs with wonderful dinner (try The Cumby and The Prince Albert) and easy walking distance to the markets. The cottage is quiet, comfy bebds and had air con which was much needed (Adelaide is in the middle of a drought). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us.

This was a great place to wind down from the Great Southern train trip. We went to the Adelaide Central market 10 minutes walk up town and didnt manage to see much else in our 2 day stay as the market is a food magnet and the best in the world.Our accommodation was lovely.

Simply the BEST

A value for money terrific character home in a small dead end street off Grote St and close to West Terrace. It had had a warm and friendly feel about it. The host was in regular contact to make sure we were all ok. We loved it. :)A short distance to Gouger Street which is the main Adelaide dining area. A special place for us to dine was the Elephant and Castle Hotel in West Terrace. Well priced excellent food and drinks along with great service. A privately owned family business well worth supporting

Central, cozy cottage

Sass + Beau cottage is the perfect location to base a stay in Adelaide. Historical parts of the city are all within easy walking distance, as is the central bus station for excursions into the surrounding hills. The cottage is a beautiful heritage-listed property, with all the modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine and Netflix. We very much enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable front lounge room in the evenings. Thank you, Karin!

A truly beautiful house and beautifully furnished house in a surprisingly quiet setting. There were plenty of things I might have needed in the cupboards, and the bed was so cosy and comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. Close the Central Market and Chinatown. The host checked that I was in and happy with everything shortly after I arrived. I couldn’t recommend this more highly.

Amazing property and location

The house was beautiful. Very comfortable beds and couches. Wonderful helpful host with tea/coffee and milk supplied as well as many other things in the pantry.Lots of thoughtful information of nearby eateries/attractions. Just a short stroll the CBD and neighbouring parks. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Adelaide in the future.
