This State Heritage 2 bedroom Cottage is all class , it has been designed with a bright luxurious modern feel, suitable for executives, couples or families who want a little more of home life whilst travelling rather than being confined to a hotel room.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet & perfect location, then look no further than this beautifully presented 2 Bedroom Cottage that is only an 8 minute walk from the Central Market and Chinatown/Gouger St food precinct. Adelaide Oval is a 20minute walk or the RAH is a 10 minute walk.

Adelaide Sass + Beau Cottage is comprised of
1 Queen Bedroom
2nd Bedroom is made up as a King Bedroom or can be converted to 3 long king singles or 2 long king singles.
All linen and towels are supplied and are of high quality, with the quilt covers being 100% full linen.
The property has been refurbished with high quality modern finishes, with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and ceramic wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Free street parking with a visitor permit pass doubling the time limit to 4 hours + .
The street is a no through road resulting in an extremely quiet environment.

Modern kitchen includes stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Washing machine is located in the bathroom [no drier].
WiFi and Netflix available.

The host went out of their way to provide some really nice accoutrements for our stay. The kitchen was quite well equipped and the location was very convenient to restaurants and the CBD. Concubine was the best asian food we have ever eaten! Thanks for the tip.

Great find close to Adelaide CBD and Central Markets

Hd a lovely two night stay at this stone cottage. Easy check in process and our hosts allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could enjoy the day in Adelaide. The cottage is close to the free 99A bus, a few minutes walk to some great local pubs with wonderful dinner (try The Cumby and The Prince Albert) and easy walking distance to the markets. The cottage is quiet, comfy bebds and had air con which was much needed (Adelaide is in the middle of a drought). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us.

Central, cozy cottage

Sass + Beau cottage is the perfect location to base a stay in Adelaide. Historical parts of the city are all within easy walking distance, as is the central bus station for excursions into the surrounding hills. The cottage is a beautiful heritage-listed property, with all the modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine and Netflix. We very much enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable front lounge room in the evenings. Thank you, Karin!

Karen is such an amazing host. This cottage has everything you could need whilst away. Karen has gone above and beyond to ensure every age group is catered for, lots of information available, decor is gorgeous, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen and laundry, open communication throughout our stay was appreciated. Perfect!

Such a gorgeous little 2 bedroom house that is well maintained and in an excellent location! Karen is the perfect host, she wait up for us well past 10pm to hand us our keys due to a delayed flight, the house was warm due to the heaters in the rooms and smelt amazing,there was a loaf of fresh homemade bread in the kitchen (which my 13 year old pounced on after a long flight) . The beds are very comfy, plenty of warm blankets and cupboard space in both rooms. Modern bathroom with great water pressure and a washing machine. The kitchen has been renovated but still has that old cottage feel about it as does most of the house, which is pleasantly relaxing. I bet back in the olden days those fireplaces lit up would have been lovely! Kitchen has all of the basic essentials you would need, including milk and margarine - Thank you! Location is perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes etc, even into the city - or a short uber ride . Easy access to main roads and easy trip from the airport. Great communication from Karen from booking to the moment we left. Thank you! Would I stay here again? Yep!

Karen was such a wonderful host. She communicated quickly with us and even checked in to see how our event went that we were in Adelaide for. The was an issue with the bedding and she came and resolved it quickly without fuss. The cottage is really cute and located a short walk from the Adelaide Central Markets. It’s a very quiet area. Would definitely recommend staying in this cottage
