Barefoot Trip

The pool area was always crowded and it closed too early. I also reported that a blind in the Guest room wouldn’t retract. No one ever came to fix it, during an eleven night, ten day trip!!!! No view from that bedroom door and balcony.
Balcony pool view!

Response from VrboOwner on 3 July 2025
Thanks for your review and feedback. We do not control the pool area and the policy for NMB is that all pools must close at sunset. We did have a work order on the blinds. We apologize that it didn't get fixed. It has to be replaced.

Vacation at 802 in May 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 802 for just short of two weeks. It is a beautiful unit with extra living space and all the amenities. We loved the view from the balcony and spent more time than we usually do there because it was shady at more times of the day. It would be nice to be on the ocean, but being a short drive away from the busy beach was a plus, and the pool was excellent. We would totally recommend this unit!
Response from VrboOwner on 18 June 2024
Thanks so much for the great review! It is a great location and guests love the balcony!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was great and easy. Condo was clean and spacious. Deck furniture was awesome. Kitchen was stocked with all types of pots and pans, as well as spices and that was great. My only negative comment is the controls on the air conditioner. You cannot change the temperature, and even though the windows are tinted, it still gets warm.
Response from VrboOwner on 3 Sept 2023
Thanks for your review and feedback. It was a very warm week and the AC sometimes cannot keep up. During the day, it will be working harder to stay cool. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Family summer vacation

Great space for 2 couples, 2 teenagers & a brother & sister. Great location and the condo was very suitable. Would have liked a broom to sweep the foyer during our stay but, otherwise, very nice.

The pool was disappointing and half of it was sectioned off with yellow tape the whole week.

The clientele/residents were not the nicest people and were not very clean.

Home away from Home

The property was awesome! We had seven in our party. The condo was spacious and inviting. We loved everything about our stay! The pool was huge and enjoyable. The area was well kept and extremely clean. The views were great and we could see a bit of the ocean from our balcony. Our stay at the North Tower was wonderful and we will defiantly return in the future!
