The living room is furnished with new furniture and a large screen television for watching movies or sports. The two upstairs bedrooms are both master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The washer dryer is located near the dining room. The courtyard is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is one designated parking spot but guest parking as well.
