Quaint and tastefully decorated condo with stunning view of the lake. Well equipped for family gatherings, girls trips or a romantic getaway for couples.
The entire condo is yours to enjoy! We offer a keyless entry and we are accesible if needed. Features include a Master Suite with a California King bed, private bath and deck access. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and Bunk beds. There is a large sectional that can easily sleep two children. The open living room has a 55 inch HD Flat Screen TV and there are 32 inch Flat Screen TV’s in each bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped to make your favorite meals and there is a BBQ grille to use on the screened-in porch. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. You have accessibility to the pool and club house which overlooks the grand channel.

elevators

All great except the elevators situation. They were working off and on. We were scared to ride them for fear of getting trapped. Had to use the stairs quite a bit. When we called Dana, she got them working very quickly though.

Great place for a short stay

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. After a few hiccups after arriving (not the owners fault), things were great. Things we loved: The view of the lake Pet friendly Mostly stocked kitchen Ease of check in/check out Space to spread out and enjoy time away Things we didn't love: Pet friendly but not super pet accessible Furniture could use some updating (beds and couch sagged a little) Kitchen had plenty of dishes but kind of lacked storage and prep containers Again, overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We would stay here again in the future. The host was always on top of things with communicating with us and our concerns.

Nice!

The property was clean, convenient location, spacious and accommodating. We enjoyed the screened in porch, overlooking the Lake and the pool. It was just enough for my family. We would definitely book again! Thank you all for lending us your home on such short notice so that my family could enjoy a nice getaway before school start!

My husband and I love to host, travel and experience life. I'm a psychologist and work with some amazing clients. My husband is a veterinarian and works with some amazing animals! Between us we have 4 grown children and we all live in Kansas City. We enjoy keeping active, connecting with interesting people, and learning from other cultures. I'm originally from Chile, South America and have been blessed to live and thrive in the US for over 41 years. My husband is originally from a small town in Western Kansas and has enjoyed living and traveling in various places.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we are both lake people! We love the water, water sports, hiking, boating, etc. This condominium complex was extremely well kept and small enough to enjoy some peace and quiet but also large enough to offer great amenities. We enjoy having a place less than 3 hours from Kansas City in which we can get away and relax and also gather with friends and family.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of the condo is that it is nestled away among the trees in both a cove and main channel but we are also just a short drive (by car or boat) to grocery stores, movie theater and entertainment, restaurant and bars, outlet shopping, hiking, golfing, etc.
