The property was very run down. There was a broken window that created a window tunnel blowing most of the week as the ocean breeze was stronger. The interior was a bit run down. The bathroom doors were cracked and peeling at the bottom and had a hard time shutting. The bathtub floor was peeling. There was a lot of construction going on in the building, so it was very noisy.
