Luxurious Condo, Ocean Front Living & Master Bedroom, Great Amenities On-site

Our condo is located at Majestic Beach Tower 1 on the 9 th floor.
It is in a prime area of Panama City Beach at a walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants.

Our 1,187 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, and separate toilet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size beds and the third bedroom has bunk bed twin size. For additional sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps a maximum number of 6 adults as the bunkbeds are suitable for children only.
Every room has cable Smart TV and own DVDs. We also provide a collection of DVDs and books.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.

Free internet (Wi-Fi) is available in the condo and accessible throughout the pool area, lobby, and common areas of the Resort.


The Majestic Beach resort offers 650 feet of wide beach and the amenities on-site makes it one of the best resorts on the beach. The Majestic Beach Resort has 2 large indoor pools and 3 outdoor pools (2 heated), 2 hot-tubs and a wading pool with a waterfall.
The onsite fitness center has state of the art equipment as well as a sauna and steam room with gulf views.
Majestic Beach Towers also feature a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, tennis court, Starbucks Coffee, a poolside bistro and bar, free covered garage parking and 24 hour security.

Beach sports are available at the resort; guests can rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, and more from March 1 to October 30

Our stay at Majestic Beach resort was excellent and Pia and Cristian were the best hosts / owners we have ever dealt with. Check in was a breeze. The condo was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. The Security was top notch. The pools were awesome. The owners also provided beach chairs with our condo which was an added bonus. My Family would like to thank Pia and Cristian and the Resort for the best vacation we have ever had. I would very highly recommend this condo and Resort. Thanks again and God bless

The property located at Majestic is beautiful. The condo needs a very deep cleaning. The property says that is comes with 2 beach chairs, however the managers of the beach rental are rude and will not relocate your chairs to allow to be close to family. (We were there with a total of abt 25 people and they would not allow you to sit at the end to be close to family, and several sets of chairs were available) Really no need for property owners to pay for chairs that cannot be accessed.

We are sorry that the onsite beach chair vendor could not offer you a set that was located next to your family of 25 people. As a service to our guests, we purchased a yearly beach chair set which is located in the first row in front of our condo. The fact that the beach chairs are reserved for the whole year eliminates the need to sign up for them every morning and our guests are generally very happy with the service. We apologize that our condo was not cleaned to your expectations. You stayed at our home in late October at the end of a very busy fall break season. After your departure, our cleaners took extra time to deep clean our property. We appreciate your comments on your stay with us as this helps us to continuously improve our home. It is our goal to provide our guests with a wonderful vacation experience.

Spring Break/ Family Vacation

Our 6 day stay here was not nearly long enough. The condo was clean, had just about everything we needed and provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The ocean right outside our bedroom and the balcony overlooking the ocean were both amazing. The beach chairs and washer and dryer was also very nice additions. The resort pools and hot tubs and beach access kept us all busy and the location was a short drive to restaurants, souvenir shops, and other family fun. The hosts Pia and Christian were very nice, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and very good with communication on accessing our stay. I was so sad to leave. No complaints except a little disappointed that it wasn’t warmer weather during our stay and the resort store as well as the resort bar and grill closed a little earlier than I wanted (5pm and 7pm). It did not make that much of a difference on our wonderful stay though. I would definitely recommend and gladly stay again in the future.

Great Condo

We loved the condo! It was nice and had everything we needed. King size bed in the master was very comfortable. Couch has one large hard lump on one end but we sat on the balcony for the most part anyway. The view is amazing! Washer/dryer is a plus. The condo was perfect. Now for the Majestic. Maybe we went on a bad week. We went memorial weekend and the week after. They only have 4 elevators for tower 1 which is 23 or 24 floors. They were very busy and hard to get most of the time. Pools are nice. It is a long walk to the garage. Like I said maybe we went on a bad week but you could hear people partying on the beach from the back and trucks revving up motors up and down front beach rd from the front of the condo all night long. The elevators and the noise are the only issues we had. We still enjoyed our trip!

Overall a nice condo...

This condo is a good location on the 9th floor of Tower 1. The balcony is spacious and the view is beautiful. However, the unit could use some cosmetic repairs and a little TLC. Also, the bunk bed was a little wobbly. The kitchen was well stocked though and there were plenty of towels. We would stay in the condo again.

Fabulous Rental

Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo #904 Tower 1 at the Majestic Beach Beach Resort from 9/24/16 to 10/1/16. We have been vacationing in PCB for the last 10 years and have stayed at numerous condos in this resort. This condo is one of the best. We walked into a beautifully appointed, extremely clean condo. The dining area furniture was new and had adequate seating. The entire condo was tiled. There was a comfortable living room and very comfortable beds. Wrought iron furniture was on the balcony with seating for 6 with great views of PCB beach and the Dolphins that swim by daily. Your condo was far enough away from the elevator that my Mom who slept on the street side bedroom did not hear the elevator running all night. This was a problem in some previous rentals. The pools were fabulous with plenty of seating for guests. The food and drinks from the H2O grill were delicious. We had a fantastic stay in this condo and hope to rent from you in the future.

This condo at Majestic Beach Resort was excellent! My husband and 2 children (ages 4 and 1) stayed for a week in September. As soon as we walked into the condo I was blown away by how clean this condo was. It smelled so fresh and everything was sparkling! The condo was quiet and relaxing. The king size bed was super comfortable for my husband and I. And our son loved the bunk bed! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The resort itself was excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. The pools were so nice, and super easy beach access. Our vacation met our expectations above and beyond! Thank you Pia and Cristian!

Why they chose this property

This resort has more amenities than any other I know of and we decided this was the place to buy. Since Majestic Beach Resort is centrally located, it is very close to numerous attractions and restaurants. Many are within walking distance! Panama City Beach has numerous activities for everyone including great restaurants, Pier Park shopping and fun, zoos, Gulf World, dolphin sightseeing trips, Shell Island trips, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or not, many miniature golf courses as well as full 18 hole golf courses, deep sea fishing, and even a dog track just a few miles away.



What makes this property unique

We enjoy being directly on the beach, being very close to grocery stores and other shopping. We also like the large balcony overlooking the beach for coffee in the morning and meals in the evening. Our condo is located near the indoor and outdoor amenities. The numerous pools are a plus and you're just a few steps from the beautiful BEACH. The resort is always well kept and security ensures everyone's safety.
