About this property

A 2017 elaborately renovated semi-detached house with 95 m² living space and a 100 m² large south garden. The house has been lovingly furnished to allow up to 6 people a fantastic holiday.

Bright rooms with high quality tiles and partial floor heating on the ground floor. In the sleeping rooms on the floor Venylboden. In the upper floor is a shower room. On the ground floor there is another shower room.
The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, water cooker and microwave.

There is also a laundry house with washing machine and dryer available for a small fee. Pitches for your car are available free of charge.

Wie immer freundlich, klasse, erholsam

Wir waren nun schon öfters in Kalifornier bei diesem Vermieter in verschiedenen Wohnungen, man kann nur eins sagen, absolute Empfehlung. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit - klasse service. Die Holzvertafelungen sind nicht unter Ding, aber das ist ja Geschmacksfrage. Jederzeit wieder

Gute Unterkunft

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Reihenhaus, aber mit einem ordentlichen Gesamteindruck. Leider waren die Liegen im Garten sehr heruntergekommen und für uns daher nicht nutzbar. Der Garten könnte etwas Pflege gebrauchen. Probleme wurden durch die Hausverwaltung schnell behoben.
