The new, modern and tastefully decorated country house is situated between the villages Alqueria Blanca Santanyi and Porto Pedro and, with its idyllic quiet location, and close to various beaches an optimal mix between relaxation and varied enterprises. On 250 square meters an oasis of well developed, in which up to 10 people can leave your worries behind. After a long day at the beach or island sightseeing you can at the pool and the beautiful terraces or in the cozy living room with a novel or a good movie to relax (Sat-TV / DVD available) .The Internet / Wi-Fi lets your experiences with divide the folks back home. If you enjoy cooking, you will enjoy this in the fully equipped kitchen. From the dishwasher to the coffeemaker's all there, making your stay more pleasant. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite and with bathtub) and is fully equipped with linens, towels and beach towels.


Distribution bedrooms and bathrooms: The 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms are also ideal for eg two families.. for 2 bedrooms and a bathroom plus guest toilet located on the ground floor again and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) on the first floor, so that for each family some privacy is guaranteed.

Kitchen-dining-living area: Upon entering the entrance portal located on the left hand 2 bedrooms and bathroom, on the right hand the powder room. Straight leads directly into the spacious and open-plan kitchen-dining area, which is ideal for social evenings of feasting. From there you also have direct access to the beautifully landscaped terraces. There is for all Grill friends a large outdoor barbecue and various seating areas around the evening watching the sunset and to relax after a leisurely glass of wine.
From the entrance is reached via a wide staircase to the upper living and sleeping area. There you will also find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a cozy living room with satellite TV, DVD, fireplace, books and board games. Two of the bedrooms have their own small terrace. From there you have a nice overview of the garden and the pool. The house is rented all year round and is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating and Wi-Fi. It has a super reception of every floor and every room of the house.

Outside: Two large terraces at the house, partially covered, offer several seating and a shady spot. A large outdoor grill with plenty of storage space is perfect for long barbecues. There are 8 chairs and four sun loungers. The exceptionally large pool with indoor lying staircase has a size of 6 x 12 m.
