not as same as ad: dirty and dirty

pro: location is close to freeway 41 and atractions.con: dirty rooms, bed linings, broken bathroom doors and holes on bathroom wall. floor is dirty and kitchen ultilities missing and dirty. Make sure you check around and report or you may be set up for fee later. I bought insurrance but feeling be ripped off for 400 clean up fee. Cant add photos

This house has so much potential, and I wish I can give a better review, but honestly I cant. The restrooms were dirty and the bed sheets were dirty too. The water was color yellow... YES disgusting... so we have to go and buy water to even brush our teeth... NO TOILET PAPER, NO SOAP, the towels were almost color black... a complete disaster. I've never though VRBO can have houses like this for rent.

I’m mixed on how I feel about this property. While it was well priced and had 5 bedrooms which met our needs, it was not well appointed. It was clearly a budget rental. Things like not having a chair in the bedrooms to sit and put your shoes on for example were not great. The towels were tiny and the poorest quality I’ve ever encountered including hostels in S.E. Asia. The home has basically clean but the mirrors were dirty. I will say it had an absolutely spectacular view from the patio and the A/C blows super cool air. All in all it was decent but not homey and not well appointed. Again, I’m mixed. It provided the basics for several couples to have privacy and the location was fabulous but not as nice as I would have liked.

Nicely Secluded Cabin

My friends and I had a good time at the cabin. It is spacious and has plenty of room to house our party of 18. It is also nicely tucked away from the town, meaning we didn't get any street noise or light pollution. Just be aware that the driveway down to the cabin isn't fully paved - still drivable, but proceed carefully. With that being said, the cabin is still fairly barebones, and definitely feels like a rental property. We found that we were short 3 towels, and there weren't enough bedsheets for the sofa beds in the living room. Furthermore, we had to be careful to not leave any food lying out as there were ants. Even putting some bananas atop the fridge was not enough to prevent the ants from getting to them. Kevin (our host) was very responsive and able to help through the situations that popped up. It would've been nice if the linens were ready in advance, but our group was able to make do. I think with a bit more sprucing up, this cabin could become a real gem.

Everything was perfect!!! The only small thing is that the AC, I believe is not enough for the extra 2 rooms... planning on going again, very convenient to hike trails, bass lake and shopping...

Nice home

We love that this property is secluded and spacious. It was able to accommodate our large family. The view was amazing. The host was extremely fast at responding. The house was still being repaired/upgraded so some items were left unfinished but it didn’t really bother us. I think once the home is completely finished we would love to come back! This home has great potential!
