New Modern Build on Muckross Road, Killarney, Kerry

Inside enjoy the modern,fresh light filled clean looking design. Outside your steps away from the Killarney National Park. Conveniently located on the Muckross road approx 5 minutes walk to town centre and INEC. Free onsite parking for 2 cars. This property is perfect for short or long term stays.

Step inside this modern 3 bedroom townhouse boasting an impressive 1200 square foot of space. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen living area with free satellite television, wifi and electric opti myst fire. To the rear there is a utility room with washer and dryer machine and toilet. We also have the benefit of a large downstairs bedroom at the rear. Upstairs there is a luxury main bathroom with an electric shower, hotpress and 2 large double bedrooms with fitted sliderobes. The master room includes a ensuite wet room. There is oil central heating and a patio area to the rear of house.

Guests have access to the whole house and patio area including private parking for 2 cars.

I will meet guests on arrival and show them through the house and explain the how to use the different appliances. I can also advise guests on the area of what to do and see.

Beautiful house in the perfect location!

The house was spotless and spacious. It's well appointed with supplies as well. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect! Close to the center of town and super conveniently located next door to the Centra. Definitely highly recommend!

Wonderful location near the race track and main hub of entertainment. All rooms were wonderfully decorated and clean. Additionally, the folks providing the home run tour opportunityties in the rear of the building. They can set you up with carriage, boat and bus tours throughout the Ring of Kerry. Everyone is very pleasant and go out of their to ensure your comfort. To everyone in the Tangney family, thank you for all your assistance.

Fantastic modern home in perfect location

My family were visiting from America, I grew up just outside Killarney. We spent a little over 3 weeks here, it was perfect. House is very modern with tons of room for big groups. Parking space for your car right outside the front door. I was working remotely for my company in the States, no problems with internet service. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer are all new and easy to use. Location is perfect on the muckross road, just a few mins walk into town center. Bunch of good bars and restaurants nearby, with an excellent Centra shop for groceries just nextdoor (with fresh food baked there every single morning!). Finally the host, Michael, was fantastic - met us when we were checking in and showed us every feature of the house, and was available on WhatsApp when we had any question. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great location for exploring Killarney and Kerry

The location of this property is probably it's biggest strength. A short walk to Killarney's town center, and a great base for exploring Kerry. There's a surprising we'll stocked 24hr store just next door too. While we didn't need to contact the property owners much, they were very fast with any questions we had. The only negative is that one of the beds is a little small, but the house is clean, modern and very comfortable overall. An easy recommendation
