This apartment is on the top floor / penthouse of a 3 story building. Windows face the front of the building and the setting sun in the west.

Ideal for 1-2 people, this modern apartment includes an additional spare room for a baby, a friend, or visiting overnight guest ~ also suitable to use for storing luggage and to do yoga and movement practices.

Available for 5 days every month, while I'm traveling to Sydney or other locations on business. What I'm looking for is to rent out the space for the entire time, or as close to my full time away as possible.

The CBD is only minutes away by public transport, as are trams and the Balaclava train station. St Kilda is one of Melbourne's most famous suburbs. There is the Sunday art and craft market next to Luna Park. St Kilda beach pier provides panoramic views of the Melbourne skyline and is a popular destination. The apartments are also near beautiful Albert Park Lake, which you can walk around, rent paddle boats, and enjoy the elegant black swans along the way . You can stroll to fabulous shops (the well-known discount Aldi store is just down the street), restaurants and cafés on Carlisle St and Acland St, and you can walk through the majestic St Kilda Botanical Gardens on the way to St Kilda beach. All just minutes away.

This apt has been renovated, so what was once a kitchen has been converted into a private storage area, and instead of the kitchen the apt comes with a microwave, electric skillet and bar frig to warm up meals and keep foods 'n drinks cool. Water supply for cleaning dishes is available both in the bathroom and the adjacent laundry room.
