5 Star luxury hotel in the heart of Vail Village
Situated in the middle of the pedestrian mall lined by shops and restaurants!! 7 minute walk to Gondola 1, or take the complimentary shuttle from the Sebastian to basecamp (great for kids) or free shuttle to Lionshead Gondola or Golden Peak.

Residential Suite is ideal for a large family or small groups of friends, with a large living room with queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area and balcony. Each Residential Suite consists of a master bedroom and 1-3 guest rooms with two queens or one king bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and individual flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Views of the mountain and surrounding valley. Units are fitted with premium cotton linens and duvets, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and an entertainment center.

The Sebastian will transport skis/boots/poles from the arrival valet to their Base Camp at Gondola 1. Pamper yourself! No need to carry anything. It is less than a 10 minute walk through the village to Gondola 1.

Resort fee: None
Garage parking: Included for ONE vehicle. Each additional vehicle will be charged a daily rate by the Sebastian.
Cleaning fee: $500 for the week (added to price). Unfortunately, the Sebastian will NOT PRORATE this for shorter stays because they need to do a complete clean between guests
Please also note that per Sebastian Policy, the OWNER'S LOUNGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS (sorry!!!)

Wonderful stay

The unit(s) were perfect for our family and friends. We were here for a lacrosse tournament and the Sebastian us was perfect for location and fun.

Great Condo for Family Vacation in Vail

We loved this condo for our family vacation of 7. The location is perfect as we were able to walk everywhere and the unit was clean and well furnished. It was nice having housekeeping everyday and having all of the amenities of a hotel. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We would love to stay here again!!

Simply AMAZING!!!

This was hands down one of the best and memorable vacations I've ever had thanks to this property. We used all 3 rooms and had 2 senior citizens, 3 adults, and 2 toddlers (4 & 2 y/o). We raved about the property the entire time we were there. Here's why... Location: Located right in the village and wlaking distance to everything! We rarely had to use our car, and it was so nice that any of us could just go for a walk around at any time to explore. Amenities: Ski Valet was so convenient and took away the worry of lugging all the ski gear! My brother used the hot tub every day to relax. Kids playroom on the property was a huge hit with the toddlers. Kitchen was used constantly and had everything we needed. Valet for the car was convenient. Room Service! Bellmen for all of our luggage! You're staying in a hotel with the comfort and benefits of a vacation rental. Unit: Comfortable bedding, daily housekeeping service, great bathrooms... we had tons of ski gear and clothes and were able to fit in as if it was our own place. The bedrooms are very large and the dining area was perfect for family meals! I couldn't be happier with this rental and Jennifer was very responsive to everything leading up to the trip. Will definitely be looking to book here again!

We are a Colorado family with 2 young troublemakers, 3 dogs, 10 (?) fish and too many (but not enough) bicycles and pairs of skis. We love being in Vail with family and friends, and the Sebastian is a special place for all of us.

Why they chose this property

I grew up skiing and love sharing this passion with our 12 and 13 year old boys. My wife doesn't live to ski, but enjoys being in the mountains with our friends and family; having the kids pop in for snacks and lunch fresh off the mountain without having to board a bus or tow their ski gear home!! Likewise, the mornings are leisurely without struggling to find parking spaces or walking and waiting at a bus stop. This location effortlessly combines the conveniences of skiing with young kids and the amenities for the non skier in our family!!

What makes this property unique

The location is ideal - you won't need a car. 9 restaurants, 5 art galleries and dozens of shops are just steps from the Sebastian. It is only a 7-minute stroll to Gondola 1 or take the free Sebastian shuttle to slope side. To get around town, take the free shuttle to Lionshead (about a 5 minute ride). Next door to the Sebastian, enjoy a movie at Cinebistro, or take the family to BOL.
