Dining for 4 with a breakfast bar allows for enjoyable meals together perfect for planning out the day's adventures over a morning cup of coffee. Beyond the kitchen is the living room area equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV to be enjoyed after a long day on the town. Tropical decor with ceiling fans create an airy atmosphere leaving you feeling refreshed on a warm summer’s day. Soak up the incredible indoor/outdoor space with glass sliding doors opening up to your private outdoor area with additional dining for 4 which is the perfect 5 o'clock happy hour retreat!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Both guest rooms are located on the home’s 2nd level and come equipped with flat screen TVs, vaulted ceilings, storage space and French doors that open up to a private balcony boasting breezy, tropical views of the community. The master bedroom comes outfitted with a king size bed and the 2nd guest room comes with 2 twins that can be converted to a king upon request. Both rooms share the hallway full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found with the downstairs sofa sleeper with a convenient half bathroom steps away.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Perfectly situated in the heart of Key West, this home is just steps from the island’s main attractions and most raved about restaurants and bars. Take a stroll through this attractive community which is just right around the corner from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Harry Truman’s Little White House and Truman Annex’s Waterfront Park. Lazy days are well spent around the home enjoying the brick patio off the Great Room grilling up your fresh catch of the day on an electric grill and swimming in the heated community pool which is just steps from the unit.

PARKING...
This home does offer parking for one vehicle, but oversized trucks and extra large SUV's are not permitted and will have to park outside of this community. Max length of vehicle is 18 feet.

PETS...
This is not a pet friendly home.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum) as of Dec 23, 2025. We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
