Chatham Center is only a few minutes drive, where you will find some of the best restaurants, shops, galleries, and entertainment options available on the Cape. Back at the property, you will enjoy a ton of yard space (perfect for playing bocce with the family!), including a patio in the backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas grill and fire pit. You will love the inside of the home, which has been meticulously maintained and features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, updated furnishings, granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, and central A/C to keep everyone comfortable on those hot summer days. The home includes six bedrooms to sleep a total of fourteen guests in one king bed, two queen beds, and eight twin beds. Other amenities include WiFi, flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable & streaming, Wii, a foosball table, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided free of charge.
