The Space:

This gorgeous vacation home, located in a beautiful area of North Chatham, is perfect for large groups of family and friends. You will be .7 of a mile from a private sandy association beach on Pleasant Bay in one of Chatham’s finest neighborhoods. Chatham Center is only a few minutes drive, where you will find some of the best restaurants, shops, galleries, and entertainment options available on the Cape. Back at the property, you will enjoy a ton of yard space (perfect for playing bocce with the family!), including a patio in the backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas grill and fire pit. You will love the inside of the home, which has been meticulously maintained and features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, updated furnishings, granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, and central A/C to keep everyone comfortable on those hot summer days. The home includes six bedrooms to sleep a total of fourteen guests in one king bed, two queen beds, and eight twin beds. Other amenities include WiFi, flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable & streaming, Wii, a foosball table, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided free of charge.

Spent a wonderful winter holiday in this spacious and comfortable home with family. Beautiful walks to the water right from the front door and lots of fun activities in Chatham. Home had everything we needed to cook scrumptious meals, curl up with books, and enjoy one another’s company. Everything was clean and in perfect order when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Great house and grounds to accommodate a large group.

We had 12 people for a three day weekend. Lots of places to gather , either by the fire pit or near the open kitchen area. Very clean , bedrooms were nice and plenty of bathrooms. Great set up!

Family Wedding

We had 12 of us ages 26 to 94 in town for a family wedding. There were plenty of beds and can actually sleep up to 18. There is a great living room to hang out in and nice outdoor space. We walked to the small beach each day. It’s about a 15 minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. And plenty of parking as well.

Excellent Cape Cod Vacation - July 2021

Our family, 7 adults and 6 children ages 3 - 12, had a wonderful vacation together thanks in large part to the Whidah property. When not off at the beach the children loved playing on the large well maintained lawn. The home was larger than the photographs suggested and provided ample space for our family of 13. Our property management team was very professional and quickly responded to our questions and need for additional services.

Great place for big families.

Nice house and layout for 2 families. Big kitchen and nice living space. The backyard could use some work - furniture is just ok and there is no grass. Kitchen is nice but utensils and cooking knives need an upgrade! Bathrooms also could use a bit of an upgrade to match the updates in the rest of the house.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our group of 12 adults. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy, the kitchen is spacious and the living areas were also nicely separated throughout the house. The younger crew had a huge basement area with ping pong and foosball. The back patio seating had room for everyone and the front porch with rockers was especially nice because it was covered and protected from the sun during the day. It is about .7 miles to walk to the water.

Thanksgiving week with family

We had a great week gathering for my mom's 80th and Thanksgiving. There were 10 of us in total, 4 of them teens (who appreciated the separate sleeping area downstairs). The home was very spacious, with rooms for all of us and a nice large area to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked with great appliances and works well for cooking together. We had a great time being together, taking advantage of the Monopoly set, and walking through the beautiful neighborhood. We loved the quiet location and I'm sure in the summer, the patio would be great as would the association beach. Thank you for hosting us!

A Celebration of Life for our brother, Uncle

The property is beautiful.. the home was perfect for a family Celebration of Life. we had family from Texas, Maryland, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and Florida. Everything was great … so manny extras were provided to make our stay very comfortable …Except.. Televisions did not work for the World Series and Sunday Football!. 2 Engineers, an architect, 3 grad students, 2 doctors, and 3 college students could not make them work. Written instructions for the TV would have made the house fantastic… a lot of grumbling from the sports fans! But, we survived and would love to rent it again.

Great location and very nice rental

Our family of 12 had a great week in the cape. The House is in a beautiful area that is short drive to Main St. Chatham, but tucked away from the traffic. The house is spacious and accommodated our group very well. The check-in process was smooth, and the house was clean. I do think that it is worth pointing out that the house does not provide beach towels, so you do need to bring your own. Overall, a very nice home that we would definitely stay in again.
