Charis Cozy Family apartment is only 10 minutes from the center of Sunny Beach resort, within a walking distance to the beach, and 200 meters to a bus stop
The apartment is a part of the Sun Village complex, combining comfort, tranquility, a unique atmosphere, and many modern amenities and services for your pleasant stay here - a restaurant, café-bar, two swimming pools (for adults and children), parking lot, garden, and year-round maintenance.

The total area of the apartment is (57 sq. m.) It is very comfortable and it is set on the third floor, functionally distributed between one bedroom, a Living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway, and one balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with satellite TV with lots of channels and free strong internet. The cooling and heating is provided by air conditioners.

1. You can take a bus from the airport - The normal bus from the airport to Sunny Beach (to the bus station) costs 4.5 euros. No shuttle bus.

Why they chose this property

I bought this apartment in June 2019. I choose this one mainly of its location. After I got retired I thought to make a good investment for my children. The apartment is in the center of Sunny Beach only 10 minute walk to the Beach. It is connected to the main road of Sunny Beach in a quiet complex (Sun Village) surrounded by lots of Supermarkets, Restaurants, cafes, shops, tattoos, hairdressers, Resort Polyclinic Pharmacies, Rent a Car, Taxis, Dental clinic, ATM, etc.
