We had a great stay at this Vrbo. It was an easy walk to the ski shuttle and a quick 10-15 minute ride to the gondola to get up to the mountain. Having a hot tub after a day at the slopes is a must. Had all we needed in the kitchen to cook some meals. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Breck again.
The property was convenient to all the things we wanted to do and see. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. The home was very comfortable and up to date.
This condo was perfect for our 2 families. The location was ideal for visiting different mountains. It was very clean and adequately stocked if you plan to cook meals during your stay. The hot tub was a huge plus that we enjoyed after a day on the mountain.
Wonderful house between frisco and breck! The hot tub is delightful and plenty of towels are provided. Nice quite community with comfy beds. Great place for the family
This was a very good place with good space and furnishings. There is a nice view from the hot tub. We used the HOA shuttle bus which was very reliable. We would definitely stay here again!
The property was great for 9 of us. Plenty of space and the location was perfect. The garage is somewhat heated to leaving your ski gear in there was nice. There was a shuttle that will pick you up at your door and drop you off at beaver run. I’ll use this property again in the future!
The house was very spacious for our group of 6. Very convenient shuttle from the end of the driveway to Breckinridge. The house was very clean and communication with host was great.

This property had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used more of, were wash cloths. Other than that check in and out was easy! The property is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood! Great for a family!

It was awesome. The service was terrific. Minor issues and they were handled promptly. The condo/duplex was spacious and comfortable. This will be my 1st choice anytime I visit.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family stay. We had 7 adults and two twin 2-year-olds. More space than we imagined. Extremely clean as well as perfectly located just 6 minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge. Rooms were spacious, heated floors, hot tub. Kids had a great time playing in the snow off the back deck which backed up to the mountains. Lots of space to play. It was absolutely great! Only one consideration...switch to Charmin!
The house was wonderful and nicely setup. The only issue we had was the lower level room was cold due to limited heat in the room. The management company was very attentive to the issue and setup a space heater in the room which mitigated the issue.
We had 4 adults and two teenagers in town to ski. We skied Breckenridge 3 days, Keystone 1 day and Vail 1 day. 10 minutes to Breck Gondola, 20 minutes to Keystone and 45 minutes to Vail. Frisco was only 10 minutes away as well. Plenty of room. Great couches with recliner chairs. Brand new hot tub and all the amenities you could ask for. Also, had a large garage with parking on both sides. Property mgmt com was great and was kind enough to allow us a later check out due to changes in our flight schedule by the airlines. Best of all was watching 2 moose grazing in the snow in the backyard. Highly recommend.
Plenty of room. Everyone had their own bed, and 3 full bathrooms worked out well. Garage door is tall enough to fit my Expedition with a luggage carrier on top, so we had indoor parking (it snowed almost every day, so this was great. The road to the unit is flat, so getting in and out in the snow was no problem. They kept the road plowed, and even shoveled the front porch and sidewalk a couple of times while we were there. The hot tub is in the back where there is a lot of privacy, which many of the units in this area don't have. The unit was clean, and everything worked. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equiped. This place checked all of the boxes that I think are important.
Enjoyed my stay. Property was clean. Great hot tub. Property managers very responsive to any issue or question you may have. The garage door opener stopped working on my last day. They addressed the issue immediately. The property is a little further out than I usually stay, but there are hourly shuttles to take you to the mountains and downtown if you choose not to rent a car.
The only suggestion for improvement I would make is to send out the information about the local area earlier. You will receive a very helpful text about the local area (grocery stores, private chefs, dining/nightlife etc etc).
I always plan in advance so having this earlier would have saved me time from researching the same info in my own.
I would recommend this place and stay again.
Room layout of townhouse was great for 2 families (8 total guests). Unit is in a small condo community that is quiet and a mix of owner/renters. Breckenridge town center/south gondola parking are ~8 min drive, or the condo association has a shuttle that ran approximately once an hour. Unit was clean. Property management team was very helpful and rapidly responded to any requests. House was fully functional and as advertised. The unit could use a better appointed kitchen. While basic cooking/food prep items and silverware were provided, they were limited and not as well appointed as other units rented in the past. The dishwasher in this unit left a bit to be desired. Overall great unit that worked well as a home base for skiing at the local mountains for a week.

What a Christmas vacation to remember. This townhome is in a great location. It is centrally located to get to town, grocery stores, restaurants, slopes, and other attractions. We were not in town to ski but just to explore and hope for a white Christmas, which we had. The home is very comfortable and accommodated our group of six adults and two small children very well. The slope right behind the home is PERFECT for sledding with our small children as well as adults. Two different types of sleds were provided in the garage. It was nice to be able to look out behind the home and not see another house. Although it is close to the highway, you do not see the highway because the hill blocks it and it is far enough away from the highway to not be a concern. The property was very clean, and communication was top-notch. The shuttle service did run at designated times; although, we did not utilize the service. The online picture shows a desk and no dresser or TV in the downstairs bedroom, but this has changed. There is now no desk but a dresser with a TV that has been added, which is a nice addition. The mattress in this room could be changed, as it is not very comfortable, almost felt like springs you could feel. The other bedrooms were as described in the description. The kitchen could use a few more dish towels along with some wine stoppers, very very minor issues. Other than that, there were plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. The property is maintained very well. The hot tub was clean and hot. It was a great memory...Christmas Day spent some time in the hot tub sipping some wine while the snow was falling. When you are from South Texas, this is a special day! Checkout was also very easy! We were beyond happy with our choice of booking this townhome and look forward to, hopefully, another trip here. One more thing, the garage accommodated our two SUV's very easily. It was nice to leave in the morning and not have to be scraping ice and snow off.

House was perfect for 2 families of four. Very clean, management was very responsive. Shuttle bus to the slopes was BY FAR the biggest perk to this property, very convenient and always on time! Our driver Bob was so fun and truly one of the best parts of our day each day!
