About this property

Quite Get Away Logan Martin lake

We are ready! Are you? Spacious two bedroom (three twins beds, one full, and a queen bed) and two bathroom home on five acres, near Logan Martin and Talladega. Large area for hosting a cookout. Also, there is a full length front porch and screened back porch to relax and curl up with a good book. There is an electrical outlet on both porches and one electrical outlet on the outside of the back porch (can charge boats). We have recently added a rolling pier. Enjoy a short trek to the water and maybe catch fish for supper.
Fur babies are welcomed. WIFI is provided.

Housecleaning provided per bedroom (weekly or biweekly). If interested, request🙂.

Rough

House did not match pictures. Some dishes were not clean, screened in porch had gaps bugs can get in, area around the toilet the floor was spongy. Had to hunt for sheets to finish making the beds.On the plus side was close to the Talladega super Speedway which was the reason for the trip. It was quiet and peaceful and met the basic needs.

Lovely Lakehouse

We stayed at this lovely home for over a month, and it was overall a great place to stay. The house is exactly as the pictures in the listing show. It has room for many people, so it comfortably fit 3 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The bathrooms and bedrooms are too with plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets, pillows, etc. The back porch was one of our favorite spots, it is enclosed and has a swing where you can enjoy being outdoors without bugs and the hot sun. The driveway and yard are large and well kept, the grass was cut and kept up during our stay. The lake is a short walk away. There is a dirt road behind the house that takes you down to the lake and the small dock is lovely if you want to fish or just sit and enjoy the view. The property manager always responded quickly to any of our concerns, and they were great to communicate with. We loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Isolated and perfect

Property is what you'd expect in the middle of nowhere. We needed 5 beds and a kitchen. This place was perfect! We ended up cooking every day and it did everything we needed. Wifi was spotty to say the least, and the dishes are clearly worn, but that's realistically the only negative thing I can come up with. We like this place. We'll be back later in the year again!

This house provides acres of safe privacy and a short walk to the lake in a rural setting. It’s a joy to relax on the screened back porch and sometimes play board, cards and other games

What makes this property unique

Country privately with all city conveniences including a store across the street. If I were a fishing person, I’d have a boat and be on the water. My neighbor’s dock and boat slip are available
