Our team was up in the area working on a project and loved the quiet, restful stay at the cabin!
Great house with awesome views, lots of beds, ample parking, and much more. It’s handicap friendly and also has fun attributes for kids. Can’t wait to stay here again!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to your next visit!
This property was very well maintained, well decorated, comfortable bed rooms. Very peaceful setting in the woods. Only downside was the lack of snow, no fault of the owners, just climate change.

Overall the property was nice. We found a little inconvenient to bring all the linens including bedsheets, pillow cases, even kitchen towels and toilet papers. Cleaning instructions were pretty details that we basically scrub the oven and deep clean the refrigerator. We cannot leave the garbage there so we brought it with us . It would be helpful if they provide the property address in the last Email. Since there is no phone signal, it’s hard to communicate with the group.

Glad to hear the property was enjoyed, for this is a cozy cabin in the sierras. The property address is provided on the rental packet with directions to the cabin with pick up of keys as well as when the reservation is made and on the rental contract. It is the responsibility of the contracted guest to communicate to their group the property address, should their party be driving separately to the cabin. A starter set of toilet paper and paper towels are and were provided We never ask our guests to scrub and deep clean the cabin upon leaving, for housekeeping will do this. But we do ask our guests to take care of cleaning up their spills and dirty dishes. Our checklist is not unrealistic but respecting the cabin. Housekeeping will restore the cabins to a professional clean condition but it is expected that our guests leave the cabin in the same orderly condition they received it in for maid service is not provided.

Overall stay was good...we had to bring 3 fans for,the upstairs bedrooms. Our sheets and towels were not in the cabin when we arrived. Cable tv was very limited. Probably not staying again in the summer due to the heat...need air conditioning.
The house was very well equipped for our stay with everything we needed. We felt right at home!

the place was nice. the extra for bed sheets is a weak - then they didnt deliver sheet that fit the big beds - all twin sets
picking up the key was also a bit painful
We had an absolute blast. The cabin was perfect - both in itself and location. We spent our days kayaking Utica and Union reservoirs. After exhausting ourselves each day it was a pleasure to return to the cabin for some well earned relaxation. Despite the crowded roads - everyone is out and about this summer - the cabin and the area were peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back and have decided that this cabin has easily made it on to our "go-to" list.
