This newly renovated, lovely air-conditioned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home (sleeps 9), with air con and pool is just a hop, skip and a jump (3 minute walk) fromthe trendy cafes, brewery and art galleries of this upmarket suburb. The lovely park and the beautiful surf beach are just a bit further down the road. The mineral pool is perfect for a relaxing dip.

Open plan living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, television, dvd player, games, books and dvds.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, cooktop and oven. There is a fully plumbed fridge with craft ice maker.

You can do all of this just a 3 minute walk down the road from the Moffat Beach
Moffat Beach is approximately a one hour drive north of Brisbane Airport (Domestic and International), and 20 minutes south of Sunshine Coast Domestic Airport at Maroochydore. If you do decide to use a car there are plenty of attractions to explore from this convenient location including the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with eclectic shops and waterfall rainforest walks (30 - 60 minutes), Australia Zoo (25minutes), The Ginger Factory (40 minutes), Eumundi Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays (60 minutes), Currimundi and Bulcock Street (Caloundra’s main street) Markets on Sunday mornings (5-10minutes), Moffat Beach parks, playgrounds, shops, cafes, restaurants, brewery with live music some Sundays (2 minutes away), Woolworths Currimundi (8 minutes), Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shopping World (30 and 20 minutes), Noosa National Park (70 minutes) and Underwater World (25 minutes). Please allow more travel time during peak traffic periods.

HOUSE RULES

All pets to be treated with flea prevention before arrival. 2 dog limit and to stay outside. All other pets considered and dogs inside by application.

You are your entire group must be considerate of our neighbours at all times

Please sort your rubbish - recycling bin is provided.

NO PARTIES or large gatherings - this is a beautiful house for nice, polite people and pets to enjoy. If you plan to have a loud party please go somewhere else.

If you break glasses, crockery etc please replace it with something similar or let us know and we will replace it out of your bond for you.

Bond is $200 and will be included in your quoted total price but may change.

Absolutely no smoking inside any part of the house - $200 fine applies.

Breaking the house rule may result in additional charges.

We respectfully reserve the right to correct changes and adjust the prices from time to time, and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Perfect stay in an amazing house in a beautiful location. We loved our stay here for a few nights while we toured Australia Zoo and spent time out exploring the beaches/rock pools with the family. Our first time to this area and this house is the quiet place to relax, walk to cafes, beach & parks. This home is perfectly located near the beach and coffee shops, which we loved. The pool was a wonderfult for an occasional refreshing swim. The home is very spacious, though a bit sparse and echoey. The new appliances are fantastic, but the kitchen lacked some cooking utensils (BBQ tools), and we needed to buy a mop and broom, although Dyson vacuum is provided. As private people, we appreciated the host’s kindness, though their occasional texts checking in about things like bins were unexpected. The linens, towels, and washer/dryer were spot-on, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay where we were able to avoid the pressures of our daily working lives.

Such a Lovely Stay at Moffat Beach

The house was very clean, well kept, plenty of space. We only used the 2 main bedrooms, but there were plenty of beds that would suit bigger families. The outer bedroom areas in the porches might be warm, but I did see a fan in one of them, and there were windows. The 2 main bedrooms have fans and there is air con in the main bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. Amenities such as washer/dryer and air conditioning came in handy. There were some things provided, such as coffee and small plunger and sugar. You'll need to go shopping for most things, of course, which is normal. But all basic necessities such as kettle, toaster, laundry detergent, etc are there. Bring your own beach gear including beach towels. I'm glad we brought them, because I didn't see any beach towels. There was a lovely backyard and porch area to hang out. We spent a lot of time out there. Pool was really a nice bonus. The owner Kym was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly with answers to questions, and check-in was easy. The location is so convenient to the beach/park and places to eat and have coffee. I walked down every morning for coffee and watched a sunrise or two. Lovely neighborhood . Great beach with a very nice park. Nice for swimming. Not as busy as many of the beaches is the area, which I prefer. Also, it's an easy walk around the nearby beaches, Shelly Beach, King's Beach. The location provides an easy drive to other areas as well. We explored the Everglades, Noosa Heads, Glass House Mountains, Lake Macdonald, and hit beaches along the Sunshine Coast. I was always so happy to come back to our little Moffat Beach, though. It became one of my favorite spots. Peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would come again.

Caloundra Moffat Beach
