Awesome spacious family home at Wurtulla. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Situated on Tokara Canal, ideal for Mum, Dad and the kids to enjoy kayaking, fishing and other water activities from the pontoon. Very quiet and convenient, central location in Cul de sac.
Quick access to Nicklin Way, 6 km to Caloundra and 10 km to Mooloolaba, 6 km Kawana Shopping Town. Wurtulla Shopping Village a couple of minutes walk or drive to IGA, Fruit Shop, Bottlo, Hairdresser, Dentist, Laundromat (excellent, efficient large dryers) and Takeaway Food Shops.
A very short walk or bike ride to the open beach of Wurtulla as well as Currimundi Lake and beach. Stroll to a nearby kids parks and picnic areas.
House also suitable for Couples or small business groups for conferences and stays.

Featuring ducted air conditioning, a pool, a pontoon and a large grass area. It is fully fenced and welcomes the family dog, outdoors only or indoor by prior approval only.
Wide and fantastic water outlook.
Sleeps up to 11 guests, with a maximum of 9 adults.
Bedding configuration is 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 King Singles which can be put together into a King size bed and 2 lots of Bunk Beds with Double bed and Single bed on top and 2 Single beds.
Games Room equipped with Pool table, Dart Board, Board Games, Jigsaws etc., Drinks Fridge, seating, kettle for coffee and tea making.
5 Push bikes, 2 Kayaks and fishing rods in Games Room for guests to use.
Safety - Bike Helmets and Life Jackets available.

Garage and driveway parking
A truly superbe location, a very short walk to the open beach of Wurtulla as well as Currimundi lake. Stroll to a kids park and picnic area on the canal also.

The home has everything we wanted. The only exception was there were no sun lounges. Only upright heavy chairs.
