Hello Again-- I'm Back! As a previous Superhost I was closed for updating our 1840's farmhouse to bring it up to date and even more comfortable and inviting to guests! Immersed in nature yet close (5 min. drive) to grocery store and restaurants. This 1840's farmhouse has been recently updated with new kitchen, flooring, appliances, and more. You will enjoy looking out the windows at beautiful trees and fields, or taking a walk in the woods behind the house.
it is very convenient to a grocery store, movie theatre, pharmacy and several restaurants. On a knoll of open and woods, it's time to relax and restore! This is a 2 story home with 1 bedroom on 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. Important: Price for this house rental is for 2 guests only sharing a bed. Extra charges per person per night beyond 2 guests. Important: MUST REMOVE SHOES upon ENTRY
SMOKING NOT ALLOWED means you are NOT ALLOWED to smoke in this home at all. Fees may be incurred if evidence of smoking is not disbursed of and WILL BE INCURRED if there is ANY evidence of indoor smoking.
Policies
ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE IS TOLERATED ON THIS PROPERTY. Owner or owner agents will be not be held responsible for damages, injuries, personal harm or
problems that are associated with illegal drug use, intoxication or mis-use of prescription drugs and alcohol on this property or during a stay. Guests are required to follow rules of safety and caution on the property and when using all household equipment and amenities.

Check-in begins at 3pm and check out by 10:30AM
CHECK OUT TIME FIRM 10:30 AM; I need ALL of this time for turnover and schedule repairs/maintenance around guest visits. If I'm able to accommodate an early check in or late check out (occasionally I am with pre-approval), I'm happy to do so. PRE-APPROVED ONLY PLEASE.

Eating is allowed only in kitchen and dining room. Fees will be incurred for violations.

Report any problems (including cleaning issues) or damages/accidents as soon as possible.

Please leave the house as you found it, clean, tidy and wash dishes prior to departure.
Cleaning fee is for laundry/linens/general housekeeping and special sanitizing.

This rental is for 2 persons sharing 1 bed. Extra charges for each additional guest. SMOKING NOT ALLOWED means you are NOT ALLOWED to smoke in this home at all.
Must climb stairs - 4 stairs to enter home. Must climb stairs to full bathroom on second floor. Must put trash in garbage can and recycling in recycling can.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500
