Great Stay

Accurate job of describing the rental. Easy in and out and only a few minutes to the slopes in your vehicle or the bus stops right in front of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

Winter Wonderland

My boyfriend and I decided last minute to take a trip to the mountains and it was splendid. The place was clean and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the kitchen. It was easy save some money and dine in. Would seemingly stay again.

Lovely spot in beautiful Winter Park

Stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Had a marvelous time. Easy access to a lot of different hiking/biking/walking paths to enjoy the serene beauty of the rocky mountains. Instructions for the stay were straight forward and easy to follow. Would absolutely come back in the future or recommend to a friend.

Great economical stay

Great property. Free ski shuttle is not really walking distance when carrying equipment and snowing outside. We rented skis in town and got the shuttle there which is what I recommend if you are renting skis. Alpine rentals lets you park free if you rent from them and the shuttle is literally right across the street.

Great Stay

Location was fantastic and walking distance to event. Finding property was a bit confusing. Freight trains near property at night were a bit jarring the first few nights. Very clean. Seems like the property is in the process of upgrading roof etc. Construction woke us in the am on Monday. Location could use an iron. This location would def be an option for the next Jazz Fest

Great Condo for Family Ski Vacaction

This condo was perfect for two adults and two teens (who don't mind sharing a room). We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shops and the bus (which sadly is on reduced hours due to staffing shortages). Fireplace and games a bonus.

Great condo, nicely outfitted with everything we could need

We enjoyed a weeklong stay at this condo during early January 2021. Due to COVID restrictions, we spent more time in the unit than we likely would have otherwise, so the spaciousness of this unit was nice. We skied five days in a row and found the ledge by the fireplace nice for helping to dry wet gloves and mittens. The condo has a good supply of dishes, cookware, etc. for cooking and dining needs. There are two full couches in the living area for lounging near the fireplace or watching tv. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were nice as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice supply of paper towels, kleenex, soaps, shampoo, etc. throughout the unit. An unexpected nice "feature" for us was discovering the game Catan in the unit. My son had played this once before and I have to admit I had never heard of it. We ended up playing 16 rounds of the game during the week and enjoyed it immensely. Nice, reasonably priced, well-appointed condo. I would happily stay here again when returning to the area.

Very clean which is important during Covid. Well stocked kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. Great location very close to shops and restaurants and close to the ski resort. It worked very well for what were needing. Would stay there again.

Excellent condo - well equipped for ski trip!

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was setup great and a good fit for our family. We took the shuttle to winter park for skiing each time and even with 3 kids gear it was very convenient. The condo had better supplies than most rentals I stay at where I am usually kicking myself for not prepacking more toilet paper or ziplocs or running out to the store all the time. It was very clean and comfortable! Thanks very much for sharing your home.
