Location is key: Free transportation on The Lyft bus brings you to Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts, Downtown Winter Park, along with many other great places.

❄️Byers Peak Retreat condo doesn’t have A/C (typical for the mountains, where summers stay around 70°). Ceiling fans and extras are provided to keep you cool, and each room has its own thermostat for cozy winter heating.

We proudly self manage our condo as it is our home. We are here for any question you have big or small. We (my husband Jason and myself Kelly) pride our selves on quick responses.

Park with ease in the private 1 car garage + 1 tandem parking spot. Guest lot parking is first come first serve. Grand county is car/ truck friendly. Please note to get to Fraser, CO you maybe required to drive over a mountain pass. AWD is highly recommended in the snowy months. Grand County offer a free convenient bus to and from ski resorts and desired locations.

**No parties, underage drinking allowed- Authorities will be called & reservation will be cancelled. 

***There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or garage. $500 fee+ extra cleaning will be assessed. 

****the booking person must be present during entire reservation. Any bookings made for someone else will be cancelled at guest cost and no refund will be given. No 3rd party bookings.
