The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the mountain pines as the village hums nearby, just beyond your private retreat. Step inside from a crisp day outdoors and feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace wrap around you. Later, sink into the private hot tub beneath the winter sky or gather in the media room for a relaxed evening in.



Living spaces

An open-concept main level invites you to settle in and reconnect. Comfortable seating surrounds the indoor fireplace, while large windows frame mountain views and soft winter light. The dining table seats eight, with a breakfast bar for three offering a casual spot for morning coffee from the built-in coffee station. On the lower level, a media room with a large TV and wet bar creates a second space to unwind after a day in the snow.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for shared meals, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses support everything from slow breakfasts to evening drinks. Step onto the patio or balcony to use the BBQ grill, with outdoor furniture available for year-round use as conditions allow.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that opens into the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking bathtub. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed, while the third bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves this level.

On the lower floor, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and hallway access.



Outdoor living

The patio is home to a private hot tub and an outdoor gas fireplace, creating a peaceful setting for snowy evenings. A balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill offers additional space to step outside and take in the mountain air.

Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in every season, supported by portable fans when needed. In-unit laundry, a dedicated workspace, WiFi, and self check-in with a smart lock add ease to longer stays. The secure free parking garage on premises provides space for two vehicles and leads directly into a spacious mudroom - ideal for storing gear after a day out. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed offer added flexibility.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
