On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and bidet. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level - one with a queen bed and TV, one with a king-split bed and armchair, and another with a tri-bunk and vanity. A lower-level bathroom includes a deep soaking tub with an overhead shower, while an additional bathroom on the main level features a glass-enclosed shower.

Thank you for the good review, Michael. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and the location. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
The condo was nice and comfortable. Whistler Platinum staff was very helpful and responsive. The condo is a quick walk to the village (not really ski in, ski out). There are a lot of steps up to the condo - so you’ll get an extra workout after skiing. Everyone had a great time.

Whistler platinum made everything so easy Everything was taken care of. No worries at all during the whole holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Overall this is an excellent option for groups or families looking to stay close to Whistler Village. The condo was clean and comfortable, and checkin was easy. Although you may be able to technically ski somewhat close to the condo, it’s not really ski-in-ski-out in the way I’ve experienced that amenity at other condos, though it is a very short walk to the Whistler Gondolas. Parking is very limited, but use of the garage was very beneficial. Would recommend / stay again!

Overall, the home met our needs. However, we found the description of the ski access section of the home to be very misleading. The main reason we chose this property was because it was advertised as offering "quick access to Lower Olympic run on Whistler Mountain" and the ability to "walk or slide up a slightly inclined trail located just outside the complex". You cannot "slide" up the "slightly inclined" trail, nor is the trail "slightly inclined". It is very inclined. I would say it was a hike to where the ski run was located. In addition, you needed to climb over a snow barrier to access the ski trail. So after walking up a very inclined hill for five minutes, you needed to climb over a barrier to access the run. We tried to "ski out" on our first day, and it did not go well. We ended up walking with our skis to the gondola area for our remaining ski days because it was next to impossible to "ski out". The walk to the gondola entailed walking across the back of the Westin property and down three flights of stairs on the Westin property. We also had to walk back with our skiis at the end of every day, which entailed walking up the three flights of stairs on the Westin property. While the property was nice, we found the ski access section to be misleading and we would not have booked this property if we had been provided an accurate description of the ski access.
Whistler Platinum was great. Easily reachable, helpful and also booked additional excursions.

Great location if you don’t mind steps!
Overall a very comfortable apartment. Not really ski in / out unfortunately, so you need to walk up and down the steps to ski each morning / evening. Not a problem if you are up for that but some people would find it an issue. However, it’s central location has been good this season because it is close to the lifts and there haven’t been any buses running around the resort due to Covid, so apartments further from the centre would have meant a lot more walking. If the buses are not running next year then it’s actually a good option de see lite the steps!

I struggled whether or not to knock a star off the review for this, but I think it is important that both people renting this place, and the vacation rental management company are aware and stay on top of this very dangerous condition.
The townhouse is really lovely and the pictures do not do it justice. It was amazing. It is at the top of what must be 3 flights of stairs, which is not an issue for us.
The issue is that towards the bottom of the stairs, there is a landing that was a solid sheet of ice. Everyone in our house had issues navigating it until I fell and jammed my knee that kept me from skiing for a couple of days. I almost went to urgent care.
The vacation rental management company is great and very responsive - 5 stars to them. When I notified them of this asking that they at least put salt down, they did take immediate action and contact the HOA/Property Management. Turns out the concrete portion of the stairs and landing are heated so there should never have been ANY ice there in the first place. The HOA gave a lame excuse about turning it off too early. Ice forms everyday in Whistler because everything is always melting there. Lame.
Here is my suggestion that should not be taken lightly - while this is not the fault of the vacation rental company, they need make sure that when new travelers are arriving, they have called the HOA to make sure the stair heating is turned on.
The same day I fell, another friend in our house also fell, but they luckily caught themselves.
My knee is still sore and it has been a month.
The House was excellent, clean, and exactly as described in the photos. The location is impossible to be better, as you can go through by a sidewalk at the end of the private street and you are in the Village in 5 minutes walking.
The only problem is that the garage is so far from the house and that you need to walk many steps to acces the house. When you have many and heavy things it can be a problem.
