Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to six guests, the townhouse features three bedrooms that support restful nights after time on the slopes. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A queen bed is set in the second bedroom, while the third provides two twin beds suited for families or groups traveling together. A separate full bathroom with a bathtub serves the additional bedrooms, and a powder room on the main floor adds everyday convenience.
Living areas
The living room centers around the indoor fireplace and TV, creating a cozy space to unwind as snow gathers in the trees just outside. Sliding doors lead to the forest-facing patio or balcony, offering a refreshing pause with cool winter air when you step outdoors. House rules
No pets are permitted, keeping the environment quiet and comfortable for all guests. Long term stays are allowed for added flexibility.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked away in the peaceful Benchlands, Forest Trails gives you the best of both worlds—calm, tree-lined surroundings and the slopes just a short stroll away. You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. In winter, ski home through the woods; in summer, wander trails that start right outside your door.

• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
