The Space:

Morning light pours through two-story windows as the forest outside wakes up around you. After a day in the mountains, you can sink into the private hot tub while the air turns crisp and quiet, then step inside to warm up beside the gas-burning fireplace. From this peaceful perch above Whistler Village, the glow of the village below feels close - but the stillness of the slopes makes it easy to fully unwind.



Living space

Spanning three levels, Northern Lights #16 is designed for gathering. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding forest and Whistler Village. Settle into the living room with a 55” Sony Smart TV, cozy seating, and a gas-burning fireplace, then move easily into the open dining and kitchen area for shared meals and relaxed evenings indoors.

The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, and everything you need for cooking during your stay. The dining area seats eight, making it a natural spot for long breakfasts before the slopes or dinners after a day outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This townhouse sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, 50” Sony Smart TV, and an ensuite with heated floors, a rain shower, handheld shower, and double vanity. On the main level, the second bedroom offers a king split bed with a nearby bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, the third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. The lower level also includes a bathroom with a shared bathtub and stand-up shower.

After skiing or hiking, ease into the private hot tub or take advantage of the therapeutic steam room for a restorative end to the day. With multiple bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out, the home is well suited to families and groups traveling together.

Located above Whistler Village, the townhouse is a short walk or a 2-minute drive to the lifts. Many guests drive or taxi to the gondola near the Westin Resort & Spa, while experienced skiers can reach the Northern Lights neighborhood via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run.

- Ski-out requires guests to climb the same stairs and return via the trail to reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run.

- Ski access is seasonal, typically open late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
