The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the surrounding peaks as you step inside, the warmth of the gas fireplace drawing you into a calm retreat after a day on Whistler’s wintry slopes. The glow of mountain light fills the four-level layout, inviting you to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the comfort of a thoughtfully designed space made for gathering. Evenings come alive with fireside conversations, soothing soaks in the hot tub, and slow mornings overlooking the treetops before heading back out into the snow.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the townhouse offers five bedrooms and nine beds across four levels. The upper-level primary bedroom overlooks the lounge and features a king bed, TV, and ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and heated rail. Two additional king bedrooms with their own ensuite baths are situated on the lower floors, and a twin bedroom opens to a private deck. The fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), creating a flexible setup for families or groups. Six bathrooms throughout the home provide comfort and convenience for every guest.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen brings everyone together with its gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, and wine fridge, offering a comfortable environment for preparing meals after a day on the mountain. A breakfast bar for three sits adjacent to the dining table for ten, making it easy to share morning coffee or relaxed après-ski dinners. The kitchen is equipped for guests who prefer to cook their own meals and offers the essentials needed for everyday use.



Living spaces

The main living area features vaulted ceilings, soft seating, and a gas fireplace framed by tall windows that showcase the surrounding winter landscape. A separate media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos system provides an inviting space for movie nights or quiet downtime. Throughout, natural wood tones and gentle lighting enhance the sense of warmth.



Outdoor living

Accessible from the living room, the private deck offers a hot tub and BBQ grill, along with outdoor furniture suited to cool-weather relaxation. It is an ideal corner to soak in the hot tub while taking in the crisp mountain air after skiing or exploring Whistler Village.



Comfort & convenience

Guests have access to in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, along with essentials such as towels, bed linens, heating, portable fans, and Wi-Fi. A safe, free parking garage, boot warmers, and a mudroom for winter gear add ease to your stay. The home includes a private entrance and smart lock for simple self check-in.



Neighborhood

Located in the Northern Lights area above Whistler Village, the townhouse offers a quiet setting just a two-minute drive or taxi ride from the gondolas, shops, and dining. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The route ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights, with the reverse required to ski out. Ski access is seasonal and dependent on snow conditions.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Very nice property in a great location

This is a perfect property for a large group of friends or families. The location is superb. You'll need a car to get to the ski slopes, it's a three minutes drive to the Westin parking lot. This makes it just separate enough to be in a very private area in Whistler yet very close to the slopes. All and all a high-end property with all you need for a great stay.

Big layout, minimal home fell (definitely an airbnb type please) - no games, minimal art on the wall, hardly any rugs, etc. - felt kind of cold (not homey).

The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and the kitchen had the supplies needed to cook. But..... there were no board games, hardly any pictures on the walls and the please felt pretty hollow (not like home). Definitely not a place that someone lives in or frequents often. No rug in the living room (the living room is kind of floating in the middle of the room). It just needs a bit more to make it feel comfortable and home like.

This is definitely a hidden gem of northern lights

It located at the end of the road! We got the most private untouched soft snow for the kids to play! Great for family to have a relaxing vacation! $10 taxi took my family the heart of whistler while I spent my day on the slopes for funs! There are many many more you have to experience yourself! Great Stay!

I recently had a great stay here with 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had plenty of kitchen & bathroom essentials for us to use during the stay. The hot tub was clean and lovely to use. Very comfortable beds! Each family had their own floor, which provided privacy and ease with napping the little ones. The only thing to note is the fire alarm is easy to set off when cooking and not easy to reset without help from their customer service team. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future :)
