The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the picture windows each morning, casting a quiet glow over the living area as snow settles across Blackcomb Mountain. After a day carving through fresh powder, you can return to the warmth of the indoor fireplace and watch the snowfall drift past the glass. Evenings unfold in a peaceful rhythm here, whether you are sharing a simple meal, settling in for a movie, or stepping outside for effortless ski access to Merlin’s Run.



Sleeping arrangements

This single-level townhouse accommodates up to four guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a twin bunk bed in the den. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space for kids or additional guests. The upgraded bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and bathroom essentials to help you refresh after long days on the mountain.



Living spaces

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for relaxed winter comfort, with soft seating gathered around the indoor fireplace. A TV provides an easy way to wind down, and the dining table seats four for shared meals or morning coffee before heading out. Large picture windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding forest, keeping you connected to the alpine landscape even while indoors.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances and granite countertops gives you everything you need for home cooking throughout your stay. The dining table serves as a natural gathering point, whether you are preparing breakfast before hitting the slopes or sharing a warm evening meal.

After a day of skiing or exploring the Benchlands, guests can enjoy the shared hot tub located within the complex. Additional conveniences include a mudroom with storage for ski gear, secure underground parking for one vehicle, guest parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, free street parking, and bike storage within the underground garage. The property also includes a private entrance and outdoor furniture for moments outside.

The free village shuttle is just a one-minute walk away, bringing you to Whistler Village for dining, shops, and après-ski options.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note there is no window in the den bunk room

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Excellent Location and Amenities

The condo was an in excellent location and only a few feet from a run that took you directly to a gondola. Check in and check out we’re very easy. The condo had everything we needed and was in excellent condition.

Location location location

This was an amazing two bedroom easy walk out to Ski location… if going to town the bus is right out front of the door and saves you from a steep hike up the slopes at night. The hot tub is huge and has changing/bathrooms. The place was very comfortable for 3 guys getting the last chance to ski. It would be ideal for two couples or a family of 5 or less.

Very nice ski-in, ski out condo

We really enjoyed this condo and would stay there again. The kitchen was really well organized and provisioned, and we cooked dinner every night. Our only recommendation is to put better directions to the unit, because it wasn't easy to find coming from the parking garage.

This unit is in a stellar locations, just steps from the slopes and nice and close to the hot tub! The only thing to note is that the bathroom has dim lighting (only an issue if you're trying to apply makeup). Otherwise 10 out of 10, would stay again.

Overall quite nice

Largely well maintained, some updates, ie bathroom and most of the kitchen. Appliances all higher end. Few minor items, garage opener didn't work, carpet had a few areas with ripples, bathroom fan not fitting well, toilet a bit finicky to flush. All minor in the grand scheme of things. Free bus to the village basically a few meters away so although it was up the hill, not that inconvenient. Fees added to room price a bit steep in my opinion, adding another 75% on top of the rate. You really need to look at the final price when comparing places. Wasn't thrilled at supplying a facial scan for biometric verification either,

Good value for money

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, comfortable, cozy and conveniently located to the village. Overall, it was in good condition, but the lighting wasn\'t ideal - a little dark in the main bedroom and bathroom. That said, there are big windows, so it was nice and bright in the daytime. We would stay again and recommend the place to friends. Good value for money.
