The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the surrounding evergreens as you step onto the deck and breathe in the crisp Whistler air. After a day spent carving fresh snow or exploring wintry forest trails, you return to the warmth of the indoor fireplace and the relaxing glow of the living room. This two-level townhouse places you between Whistler Village and Blackcomb Mountain, giving you an inviting retreat at the edge of the creek and trees.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features the primary bedroom, offering a queen bed and TV with an open view to the living area below. On the main level, the secondary bedroom includes another queen bed and a large closet. The den provides a single trundle bed with a lofted second single bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. Two full bathrooms support the home’s layout, including a double vanity with a bathtub-shower combination and a separate glass-enclosed rain shower.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept main floor keeps the group connected. A kitchen equipped for preparing meals flows into a dining area that seats six, giving you space to gather before heading out to the mountain or settling in after time on the slopes. With a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, mealtime stays easy and convenient.



Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom and living room for warmer periods of the year, while the indoor fireplace adds seasonal comfort. An in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, and a dedicated workspace support longer or work-focused stays. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom amenities are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets, hangers, portable fans, a safe, and clothing storage.

The private deck offers a quiet vantage point over the forest and Fitzsimmons Creek. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, with additional paid parking available off-site. Guests also have access to bike storage within the parking stall and are encouraged to bring their own lock.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
