The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
The upper level features the primary bedroom, offering a queen bed and TV with an open view to the living area below. On the main level, the secondary bedroom includes another queen bed and a large closet. The den provides a single trundle bed with a lofted second single bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. Two full bathrooms support the home’s layout, including a double vanity with a bathtub-shower combination and a separate glass-enclosed rain shower.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main floor keeps the group connected. A kitchen equipped for preparing meals flows into a dining area that seats six, giving you space to gather before heading out to the mountain or settling in after time on the slopes. With a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, mealtime stays easy and convenient.

Air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom and living room for warmer periods of the year, while the indoor fireplace adds seasonal comfort. • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
