Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, this mountain retreat features a serene primary bedroom with a queen bed, ample storage, and a TV for quiet evenings in. The den serves as the second sleeping space, fitted with a twin bunk bed and no windows, making it ideal for additional guests or children. Two full bathrooms provide privacy and convenience—one ensuite with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Living spaces
The heart of the condo is a bright, open living room framed by large picture windows overlooking the forest. Soft seating invites you to settle in beside the gas fireplace, while a 32” Smart TV and iPod dock add a touch of entertainment. Step through the sliding doors to a private balcony where you can breathe in the cool mountain air or watch the snow fall in peaceful silence.

Ski access
From the rear of the property, you’ll find direct ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s run, typically open from late December to March depending on snow levels. The Guest Services team can confirm conditions ahead of your arrival, ensuring your mountain adventures are effortless from start to finish.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
