The Space:

After a day on Blackcomb Mountain, return to a warm living space where the gas fireplace glows and the forest outside settles into evening calm. Living & relaxation
Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to unwind after time on the slopes. A comfortable seating area is centered around the indoor fireplace, creating a cozy spot to warm up after skiing or exploring the mountain. Large windows bring in natural light and frame peaceful forest surroundings, while the TV offers an easy way to relax at the end of the day. Just outside, the private patio or balcony provides a quiet place to enjoy the alpine setting.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a full space where you can cook your own meals during your stay. Prepare breakfast before heading out to the mountain or share a relaxed dinner after a day outdoors. The dining table offers a welcoming place to gather, while the kitchen and dining setup make it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the comfort of the condo.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed and provides a comfortable place to rest after an active day in Whistler.
A cozy den provides additional sleeping space with a twin bunk bed and small dresser. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space.

Disclaimer : Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in-ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around:
• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property
• 2-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Great location. Comfortable condo
Woodrun 414 was perfectly outfitted. And just the right distance from the Blackcomb Gondola and base. Ski in and ski out! Staff was all very professional, helpful and accessible by text.
“Den” with bunk beds was very small.

Older building, great location. The unit was better maintained than the building in general. Well equipped unit. Second bedroom is very small, no windows. Management company communications and service were excellent-I would stay in one of their properties again.

overall good...
the unit itself is nice - well appointed - the staff and facilities are all good. The "den" was a bit of a disappointment and the doors on the closet and laundry in proximity to the den door are a bit of a logistical nightmare. We wish there was a better way to walk down/up the hill to and from Woodrun. It is clear that 100's of guests use the side of the hill to walk into the village - and clearly the walking proximity to the village is one of the great benefits of the location - but the path is not ideal. Yes - there is a longer walk on the road to the village -but a walkway down the side of the hill maintained by the buildings on the hill would be ideal.
Everything in the listing was accurate and photos represent property. Property was spotless. Communication with management was excellent, and check in was seamless.
Note that the second bedroom is quite small with no windows but that wasn't an issue for us, the kids slept very well! Ski locker room at ground level was a great amenity, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained.
It is ski in/ski out which would have been amazing if there had been snow! Unfortunately Whistler had a bit of a snow drought late Dec 2023/Early January 2024, so we had a muddy walk down to the lift and back up to the apartment after skiing. Certainly not the property management's fault, but be prepared for that contingency if you come early or late ski season.
Wonderful property overall and can't wait to stay there again!

From booking accommodation / ski passes/ private transfers and ski hire it was an absolute breeze with Whistler Platinum! Quick response to any questions! Helpful and smooth process right through the holiday also. Woodrun is in a great location slope-side if you want to stay blackcomb side. Accommodation 414 cozy / warm and very true to the photos and website. I would definitely book through you guys again.

Accurate description and reviews for this property. The unit (and the building) are older, and reasonably well maintained. The unit was clean, and equipped for a stay (kitchen) that allowed some cooking. Hot tub was inop when we arrived, but we had been advised, and it was repaired during our stay. Ski in/out and locker setup is excellent-great place for ski in/out. The underground garage is very nice, and the walk into Whistler village is nice as well. Management company did a nice job.
Cozy and clean is how I would describe this home. Well stocked kitchen. Second bedroom is small, perfect for two children, or one adult, IMO. Easy access to Blackcomb. Would definitely stay here again.

Holiday vacation!
First trip to Whistler Blackcomb and this was a great location for the villages and slopes. Very comfortable and well stocked kitchen.
This is the 2nd time at this particular condo and our 9th year returning to Whistler Blackcomb. We love the location of Woodrun and the accommodations fit us perfectly.
It's our home away from home.
Miss it already.
Great convenience of ski in-ski out. Kids slept in 2nd BDR with bunk bed. This room was rather small and had little ventilation but worked out fine with door left open. Property was clean and easy, not crowded at all! Pool barely had anyone using it and hot tub was big enough to accommodate us and some nice neighbors. Kitchen stocked completely and we had several hearty meals there to make the evenings cozy. Will be back next year!
