I booked this property in good faith. Had confirmation that my booking was accepted.I arrived at the property at 01.30am to find the property closed. Contacted the owner, who was very aggressive, told me it was closed, no booking had been made. I explained to him that I had booked the apartment through this site, and payment had been made. He told me I should pay him direct. Then he hung up.Luckily my taxi driver helped me out, he allowed me to stay at his brothers property until I could sort new accommodation later that morning, which I did.How do I get my money back from you??
