The idyllic thatched roof house was opened in May 2012 and classified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Directly by the sea, up to 6 people have around 120 square meters of space for pure relaxation and relaxation amidst untouched nature. With us the costs for the final cleaning and the additional costs are included in the rental price.

The house offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the island of Hiddensee and has a large living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an in-house sauna.

The property was built in the typical regional style and is extensive, luxurious and lovingly designed. The house is equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, LCD TV, terrace with wooden furniture, barbecue area incl. Barbecue, beach chair and underfloor heating. In rough or cold weather, a fireplace provides warmth around the evening at z. B. to end a glass of wine comfortably.

On the upper floor, panoramic windows offer a unique view of the sea and the island of Hiddensee. Four bicycles invite you to explore the wonderful surroundings by bike. The house is a non-smoking house.

Location: The holiday property is located in the middle of the nature reserve and offers enough space for relaxing hours and days. With a bit of luck you can even see deer, which then graze almost to the house. The climate on Rügen and especially on the Wittow peninsula is beneficial for people who want to relax and recharge their batteries away from stress and hectic pace. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 200 meters. Shops are located in the nearby village. The close proximity to the sea and the unique view of the lake and the island of Hiddensee make the Landhaus Sandgelb absolutely unique.

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Schönes großes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Es war alles da was man braucht und die Umgebung war einfach sehr schön. Man kann auch alles prima per Rad erreichen. Wir werden bald wieder kommen.

Eine sehr gute Wahl

Wir waren für eine Woche im Objekt. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns frische Blumen und kühler Sekt. Das Haus wird mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Alles ist per Rad (4 stehen im Schuppen) schnell zu erreichen. Der Strand für lange Spaziergänge liegt direkt ums Eck. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, schöne Lage abseits von den überlaufenen Plätzen auf Rügen. Schöne Ausflüge in der Nähe. ideal zum Wandern.

Einfach nur Spitze.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit allem was wir für unsere Erholung brauchten. Ein herzlicher Empfang mit Sekt, Obst und Schokolade für die Kinder 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Ein absolut entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus selbst ist schön. Wir wollten und haben uns auch im Urlaub wohntechnisch nicht verschlechtert. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst ein Zelt, Ferngläser, viele Bücher/Geo Zeitschriften usw. Ich gebe allerdings nur 4 von 5 Punkten, da es 3 kleine Punkte gab, die nicht so schlimm, aber dennoch nicht schön waren. Erstes Manko ist das quietschende Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, bei JEDER Bewegung wurden wir wach, wir wollte die Lattenroste tauschen, aber es liegt am Bett. Dann das TV, ja im Urlaub ist TV eigentlich unwichtig, aber bei starkem Regen und abends ist er schon schön zu haben ;) Leider klappt es mit den TV Programmen nicht immer bei Regen/ Wind, da müsste noch einmal nachgeschazt werden, ist aber nichts wildes. Und nun der Punkt, der uns wirklich nicht bewusst war, das Haus liegt wunderschön, schnell am Meer, aber drum herum ist nichts... Der Ort Dranske ist wirklich klein und dort ist auch nichts los. Fahhradtouren mit Kindern sind in der näheren Umgebung schnell abgearbeitet, weil es auf der Insel Wittow auch nicht sooooo viel zu entdecken gibt. Wer absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier wirklich richtig, wer aber mal über eine Strandpromenade schlendern oder ein wenig shoppen möchte, der muss von hieraus wirklich bis nach Binz fahren. Das haben wir wirklich nicht bedacht. Aber nun gut, wir wollten ja etwas Ruhe. Ich kann und werde das Haus jedem empfehlen, der (fast) ungestörte Ruhe sucht. Wir sind auf jeden Fall tiefenentspannt :)

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Im Oktober verbrauchten wir einige Tage im Landhaus Sandgelb an der dort besonders schönen Ostseeküste. Wir waren sehr erfreut über die einzigartige und überaus komfortable Ausstattung dieses liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhauses. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht: Spielzeug für die Kinder, Gesellschaftsspiele, Bücher, aktuelle Zeitschriften, ausgesuchte Gewürze in der Küche, Sekt im Kühlschrank (!) ... Das Haus wurde insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und ist wirklich sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Wir hatten uns alle echt wohlgefühlt und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus ist sehr naturnah, direkt am Meer, gelegen. In wenigen Schritten lädt der Naturstrand zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Wer lieber etwas Trubel braucht, sollte auf die andere Seite der Insel in die Ostseebäder fahren. Sehr schön fanden wir auch, dass das Objekt mit 4 guten Fahrrädern (inkl. Kindersitz!) bestückt ist. Die Fahrradwege sind dort sehr gut ausgebaut und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen wieder!
