Wake up and drink your freshly ground coffee to a magical sunrise on your private balcony and then enjoy the warm morning sun. The balcony has shade after 11am or so which makes it a perfect place to relax, watch what's going on down at the beach and enjoy the waves rolling in! Later, you can watch the fantastic sunset over the Halifax river from the covered common area on the 3rd Floor!

This comfortable condo sleeps 4 people. The living room features a Flat Screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Recliner and 2 Couches.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials you need to make home cooked meals. A full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and Cuisinart coffee pot with coffee grinder are provided. Dining table sits up to 6 people.

Bedroom features (2) Queen size beds and Flat Screen TV with DVD. An air mattress is provided for an additional 2 people to sleep. (Or the couches are large enough to sleep on, as well!)

Bathroom features a large vanity and shower/tub combo with a fantastic upgraded shower head!

Our heated swimming pool and sun deck with gazebo overlooking the beach is a great place to hang out! There are plenty of seats and it is easy access to the beach. There are restrooms at sun deck, as well. And, conveniently, Crabby Joe's Bar and Grill is just a short walk down the beach!! So whether you just want to grab a drink or want a full meal on the ocean, it's all there for you:)
