This beautifully decorated condo is spacious with room for 4 guests. Kitchen has all the conveniences of home. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The living room has a comfy queen size sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV. The living room has large sliders 'no balcony' to open and take in the view of the bay.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets
No Fishing Off the Docks.
