One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. The condo is located on the ground floor, few steps from the pool. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance.

Savior in our time of need with a beautiful place

It was great but mostly was a nice, clean place but was right after 2 hurricanes we were homeless and Alina was a godsend for us with a nice, place to stay she rescued us , thank you and God Bless you. Great place for a couple

My wife and I usually stay in Florida for 3-5 days per visit this time we spent 7 days there. The condo had everything we could have needed, and was upgraded. Would recommend to family and friends!

Our stay for the week was enjoyable. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and nice pool. It was a bit small, but we managed. Owner was quick to answer with a problem with the television. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nicely remodeled condo in Clearwater

We (a couple in or sixties and our pooch) stayed five nights in this nicely remodeled condo. All new appliances and a remodeled kitchen and bathroom were great! Nice location close to beaches and restaurants. It’s in a gated condo complex and was very quiet.

Very Nice Home-Away-From-Home!

This property is exactly as advertised! And it’s clean! The owner responses quickly to any questions or concerns. Being able to bring pets to such a quality place was a refreshing change from what we have experienced at other pet friendly places. The pool was very nice too, clean, good size with plenty of pool chairs and restroom close by. I would definitely stay here again and will refer it to friends!

Perfect Location

The entire planning of this trip was a breeze!!! Condo owner was super helpful and nice! This complex is a diamond in the rough! The resort style pool was what we needed!!! It was perfectly heated for the Christmas week! And we were steps from the pool gates! Publix grocery store literally across the street, felt super safe with the gated community, easy to get to the beaches and any restaurant you could think of!

Fun and relaxing

The apartment is delightful. It had everything we needed for our staying. The pool area was always clean, also around the corner of the apartment. The beach is just minutes away, beautiful and full of fun activities for the all family. Location is convenient access to stores around the area. We loved the place and would recommend it.
