The Place is located in a safe neighborhood,located 10 minutes from Las Vegas Blvd (Strip), 7 minutes from the air port, 8 minutes from UNLV university, a drive to "Sunset Park" will take 4 minutes.
There are shopping and dinning centers all around, very close to wall-mart,Starbucks, Sprouts farmers market and many other stores and services.
The guest house is located close by to a public transportation (bus), UBER will arrive quickly.

A Well Designed And Organized Place. With private entry and full privacy, private parking right next to the place, Central AC (cooling and heating), WiFi Internet connection, Hundreds of Direct TV channels (movies,sports,News, HBO,SHOWTIME And More), Comfortable queen size bed, couch with recliners, Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator and Oven/Range, Washer & Dryer, plenty of closet space, Office desk, Dinning table, Etc...

Nice place, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to everything too so there is not much travel time to get to where you want to go. Bedroom is close to the street though so if you are a light sleeper, it might keep you up.

We were very comfortable here. Small but cozy. The host was very nice and easy to reach. We would stay again next trip but we would definitely have a car. My husband is disabled and there was nowhere close enough for him to walk. Great stay. We felt very safe there.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The apt was stocked with a case of water bottles, coffee, chips and lots of stuff in the cabinet to enjoy. Eastern Ave runs paralle to the strip so it was very easy to find my way around and back to apartment. I brought my own car and there are free parking at The Treasure Island and circus Circus and easy enough to find off street parking downtown. The host was helpful with any questions I had. I will definetly stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay

Front door parking in convenient location

Great location - convenient to everything. Very friendly and helpful host (that happens to be a Lyft driver). David met us at the site, showed us around and answered all our questions. Enjoyed our stay.
