The condo was a great location (4 min drive to Eagle lodge) close to the village, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and we utilized the shared hot tub which was amazing after a long day of skiing.

This is our second time here on Christmas. When we were choosing a place to stay at Mammoth for Christmas this year and this property came up in the search we did not think twice and took it!

Clean and comfortable

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo as it can accommodate large groups. The condo provided everything we needed, just as if we were at home. It was clean and nicely decorated. Will stay here again.

Mammoth family trip

Not our first trip to Mammoth Lakes and usually rent houses but found the condo to be roomy and had all the needed amenities. Nice location and close to all the places we wanted to go to. We did miss not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but not a big deal. Lovely time overall.

Great location/place

We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were perfect for our family of 10. The room with a thee bed bunk bed was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make a good meal. Aaron and Jessica were excellent in their communication with us. Highly recommend staying here!!

Snowboard Tripping

AMAZING STAY!

Came here with a group of friends and had an absolutely amazing stay. The place was clean, bathrooms were nice and included EVERYTHING you might need (dish soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc). Beds were so comfy. Just like a resort. Short walk to the shuttle stop was convenient. Owners were very kind and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home! Would definitely come back.

great stay

we were happy with our stay. very clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need to make food. plenty of towels. instead of the 2 twins there is a triple bunk - just good to know in advance. the listing says loft, but the room is totally enclosed so no sound issue, the pool was closed for maintenance (i know thats not something Jessica can control) and also good to know in advance, the hot tub is only open after 4pm.

Cozy condo in mammoth

Had a great stay for our ski trip to mammoth for two families. The condo was clean and description and photos match the condition. Was easy to work with the owner/manager. One of the room heater was not working and they were able to send someone over to fix it. It is in the second floor and there are steep stairs to climb. For those who are Tesla owner the supercharging station is less than 5 min walk which was very convenient. The hot tub and laundry is right next to the condo also. Enjoyed our stay.

Mammoth

This property was well equipped but needed a deep cleaning!! Spider webs. Some with spiders in them. Bug smear on bathroom wall upstairs. Shelfs in upstairs bathroom needed to be washed. Freezer needed to be wiped out. Wall heater was not working!! They will say this is in the mountains but I live in park city utah and don’t have spiders in my house.

Cozy Cabin, Family Fun!

This is our 3rd time staying in this Condo! It has been remodeled and furnished so that everyone can have their own little space, or be all together! The bunk room is great for couples that come with kids, because the adults can have their own rooms and then the kids can bunk together! If no kids, than just another room for adults. We love the kitchen, stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook, chop, blend, toast, microwave and even a community BBQ that is gas, easy to walk down to; it’s by the pool. Also, the large hot tub is a plus, especially after a long day of hiking, climbing, snowboarding or just relaxing! We love how there are plenty of hooks for jackets, shelves for hats/helmets, shoe racks and an outdoor closet to keep everything tidy, even at capacity. It’s has a great location, it feels like you’re getting away from town, with a Mountain View out of the living room window, and yet, town is so close and the shuttle stop is near by. We love that you can go outside and have access to the park with the creek walk and playground. It’s also walking distance to the Stove!

Cozy condo in great location

PROS: Communication was excellent. Property was clearly newly redone - bathrooms were nice and well equipped (ie, small stand to go with upstairs small vanity to give more storage.) furnishings were modern and well kept. There are still some boxes of remodeling supplies in the condo to prove it! Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and serve meals. Lots of hooks on walls for towels, coats, etc. CONS: 2 of the upstairs bedrooms’s heaters weren’t working. So we had to leave the 3rd door open to share the heat making 1 room very hot so the other two rooms were comfortable. Contacted the host who apologized and offered to have ppl come to repair but wasn’t repaired before we left. The power went off the 2nd night due to storms for about 4 hours. Nothing the owners could do about that of course but not awesome when the baby sleeps with a sound machine. Hot tub opens at 4pm each day and the listing clearly states to bring own towels but I forgot(!) so towels for the hot tub would be a nice added touch. Overall would recommend this place for the price in the off season and great proximity to a playground and the hiking/biking trail that goes around the whole town.

We are a family of 5, dad, mom and 3 energetic boys. We live in Oceanside, CA. While we love the beach, we also all love the mountains, and enjoy snowboarding together in the winter and exploring all of the natural wonders in the area during the summer. We have traveled throughout California searching for the best mountains, and we feel Mammoth is best California has to offer. It's huge! It has the best snow! And the season doesn't usually end until July 4th! Not only that, but the surrounding lakes, mountains and meadows make it one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property for it's perfect location and sprawling layout. It is the perfect cabin for all seasons, winter, spring, summer or fall. It is at a lower elevation in the town, so even when it is blizzard conditions on the mountain, the weather is more mild at the cabin. No need to struggle with driving or parking on hills in the snow. However, it has easy access to the mountain and village via the town shuttle and trolley, so if you don't want to drive at all, you don't have to! If relaxing at the cabin is more your style, you can still enjoy the beauty Mammoth has to offer with gorgeous views of the Sherwin mountain range and the lovely meadow. See all the colors the different seasons have to offer while sitting in the comfort of the living room or on the deck. Mammoth Creek and meadow are just steps outside. So it is easy to be out in nature next to a babbling creek and under fragrant pine trees in just seconds, while feeling like you are miles away. Kids love to play in Mammoth Creek park also just seconds away.
The sprawling layout makes it larger than it seems from the outside. There is plenty of space for families to either be together, or have their alone time. The remodeled upgrades in the cabin make it feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel suite.

What makes this property unique

We have been coming to Mammoth Mountain for years during the winter, and fell in love with the long powdery runs. It wasn't until we came in the Spring that we fell in love with the surrounding area lakes. We decided we wanted to have our own little slice of heaven. Then coming in the Summer and Fall confirmed our love of the area as we watched the gorgeous greens turn to bright yellows and orange. The area is quiet enough, so it's easy to unplug and relax. The town is bustling enough to have great restaurants, shops and energy.
We are so very happy to be able to share our little slice of heaven with the rest of the world, and hope that everyone's stay at this cabin in Mammoth will be as joyful and memorable as ours have been.
